Myself and my best friend travelled to Turkey for our FUE appointment with Golden Med Hair in February 2022. I was very satisfied with the information provided leading up to the appointment and couldn’t speak highly enough of our agent Eman. Everything was taken care of from transport from/to the airport, accommodation and clinic. The accommodation was basic but clean and tidy. It wasn’t far from the clinic and a driver was always there on time to take us to our destination. The clinic itself is very professional and clean. On arrival to the clinic, the surgeon assessed our hair loss and devised a plan which was well explained to us beforehand. The staff at the clinic were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Food and medication was provided at the clinic throughout our operation and we were made to feel very welcome/comfortable throughout. It’s been almost 9 months since the operation and I am delighted with the results. Eman has kept in touch frequently even after the operation to check how we have been doing and to assess our progress, asking for photos etc. I couldn’t recommend Golden Med Hair enough and have already convinced a few friends to book their own transplant surgery in the near future.

Overall a fantastic experience. I had my operation four days ago. My hair transplant operation went fantastic, beyond what I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful although I was nervous they managed the situation very professionally. The clinic is beautiful and really close to the hotel, which is very convenient. When I arrived in Istanbul, their VIP pick-up service took me from the airport and brought to the hotel. All the service was completely satisfactory. I totally recommend the clinic and you can trust them with quality service. I will keep you updated on the progress.

I am very pleased with the whole package offered from accommodation to service and doctor's treatment. Even after my return back home, the doctors still followed my well being and answered every enquiry I had. It was a superb experience with a very positive outcome.

One of the reasons that I choose Clinic Expert is their transparency and well-detailed information. From the first call, the agent was clear about the process, the package and the operation itself. Yet the diagnosis was based on pictures but he asked direct questions to understand more the case and deliver it to the doctor. When I arrived in Turkey, the driver was waiting to take me for the pre-consultation with the doctor. At the hospital, Everyone respected the sanitary measurement and kept my safety as their first priority. During the consultation, the doctor took my concerns in order to provide me with the perfect solution, as I wasn't happy with the shape of my nose especially when I smiled and also the tip was big and incoherent. On the day of the operation, I was afraid and nervous Yet the medical crew were cheerful enough to make me feel at ease. The surgery took 4 hours and I woke up in the recovery room. The nurse was standing beside me, checking up on my health and preparing me to see my face with the bandages. At first, I was shocked cause my face was swallowing a little bit then the doctor made me feel normal as it's part of the process. I stayed in the hotel for 5 days to recover and I was actually amazed how they kept on checking on my health and progress. I really appreciate that. Coming to the revealing day, I was stressed and excited at the same time to see the final look. And here it is my new nose, yet still swallowing a little but it really changed me. The hair transplant lasted approximately 7 hours and the staff were very polite and friendly. The doctor works very professionally. The operation itself was painless. I like my result. Hair began to grow after the 3rd month.
