Haifa was an excellent coordinator and handled everything from transportation to the actual hair transplant. All went well and I can recommend the clinic for their professionalism and competitive pricing.

I came with my partner from Singapore for a hair transplant. Before the operation, my partner had to undergo a blood test, which was more painful compared to how clinics take blood from veins in Singapore. The person who took the blood looked very young, almost like a student. On the same day, Dr. Yetkin drew a line on my partner’s head, and the operation took a few hours. The staff seemed to talk a lot among themselves, and he heard giggling. The door opened and shut many times during the operation. There was a lot of bleeding at the back of my partner’s head, but Ali said it was normal. After the washing day, my partner was advised to buy their products, including shampoo, lotion, gel, and a “medical” hat, initially priced at USD 600, which seemed overpriced to us. We managed to negotiate a lower price. The ginseng oil had a bad smell, but my partner followed their recommended procedure. It has been two weeks since the operation, and we’re looking forward to seeing the outcome in the coming months. ---------- At the clinic, there is a dentist. I had received an award for teeth cleaning, but after they examined my teeth, they recommended a deep cleaning that would cost USD 350. I declined the offer, especially after witnessing a man in pain following a teeth whitening procedure. I saw whitish saliva coming out of his mouth, and his face appeared to be in discomfort. Moreover, the price for dental services was too high for my liking. I prefer to have such procedures done in my home country, Singapore.

I travelled in from the UK, my choice to use Mcan was based on competitive pricing and reviews. Mcan came out about the best for me in terms of customer satisfaction and price. Interaction, contact between myself and the clinic were excellent both prior to booking. Eda did a great job answering all my questions prior to travelling which made the decision much easier. She sent me all information required including preparatory steps to take. On the day of my surgery, Dr Suzan Kartal explained how things would proceed and there was full transparency when it came to information provided. The technicians assisting were positively lovely, they were friendly and chatty with a very professional approach. It’s been 2 months since I had my procedure but must say I'm really pleased with the results so far and so glad that I went with Mcan health. I am confident the results will be excellent and at a fraction of what it would have cost in London. Overall, I cannot rate Mcan highly enough! I have also recommended to a few of my friends who are also considering the procedure in the near future.

In late July I had both a hair transplant and got dental crowns with the guidance of esteGrande. Despite it only being two months since I have had the transplant, I can clearly see my transplanted hairs coming in after the initial loss stage and I couldn't be more glad about the dental procedure I had. When I was first informed about the detailed work that I would be undergoing, I was a bit worried especially because my job requires me to talk over the phone for extended periods of time so any prolonged dental discomfort was out of the question for me. To my joy, I experienced no such issues (as promised). Additionally, the hotel was nice and clean and the transportation services were punctual. Super happy with my decision. Had treatment on 18th June 18. From start to finish the procedure was very professional. The doctor and assistants made me feel very comfortable and kept me updated at every step of the procedure. The experience was very positive and professional. From the first contact with Zhaniya who explained everything very clearly, to booking, pickup and hotel everything was straightforward and clear. Also, post procedure they are still advising me. Great job all round Estenbul Clinic.
