I had a great experience here. Everything was exactly as they said it would be. I travelled from Canada for my transplant and had some apprehensions. Once I made it to Istanbul and met with the professionals at the clinic that went away. From transportation to hotel accommodations, to the procedure itself, this was a good experience. Not only did he secure me a fantastic price with an excellent surgeon, he also went above and beyond, being a single woman in Turkey, looking after my welfare and making sure that I was happy, comfortable and well looked after. He has many excellent contacts and also secured me last minute treatments at a very affordable price and even accompanied me to and from my hotel to the clinic, paying for the taxi out of his own pocket!! If I were to consider another treatment, without a doubt, I would contact and arrange other surgeries via him. He generally cares about the patient rather than trying to “squeeze” extra revenue for himself or the establishment. My last business trip in Istanbul turned into a very exciting adventure. After looking long and hard at all my options, I found Clinic Center to have the best offers. I am 3 months into my recovery and despite some initial nerves from my end, things have been very smooth. My coordinator, Mr. Kaan, explained everything to me throughout the procedure and then Gamze has been providing diligent care for me ever since.
