Today I was at Dentech. Top service provided by Dr Ivan Frka. Very rarely I use the opportunity to review a dentist's service, but in this case, I had to.

My boyfriend and I had dental treatment at H-dent. We found the staff to be always courteous and attentive. Our treatment plans included extractions, fillings and crowns. We are delighted with the professionalism, counsel we received and indeed our treatments which were efficient and caring. Cost wise we were very satisfied. The clinic is very conscious of making the overall treatment cost attractive. Despite the fact that our work scope changed while there due to their counsel. Highly recommended!

Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.

Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.

I would like to say that I was very well received at CPRO Dental Clinic. All the treatment done was high quality and I will comeback to this clinic in the near future. A big thank you to Prof. Dr. Genilson Neto and all of his clinical staff.

Having done some research on “What Clinic”I eventually decided to book an appointment with Nano Dental. A couple of emails and a picture of my mouth and an informal assessment was made for me before I flew out for my two weeks in Altinkum. Having landed at Bodrum airport late Sunday night, my appointment was made for theTuesday at midday. First impressions were very good as the Scottish receptionist welcomed me to the practice (so sorry I’ve forgotten your name). After a short while she called me through to meet my Dentist, who then did several X-rays of my mouth/jaw. We then sat down and discussed the various treatments that are available and the costs involved, may I add here that there was never any pressure to proceed with the treatment, no sales pitch just total professionalism. All costs were shown to me in advance, £7000 for all the treatments half upfront. After 24 hours I took the plunge and went for 8 extractions and 9 implants, my teeth were a mess to be honest at 61yrs old!! Thursday morning I arrived at Nano Dental practice and had four extractions from my upper jaw and 9 implants in a 2.5 hour session! Afterwards I was given a prescription for some pretty powerful pain killers and a bottle of burning strong mouthwash! Two tablets a day (NO ALCOHOL)!! and rinse the mouth out morning and night and we’ll see you Saturday for part 2! Having had the majority of the work done on Thursday, Saturday was a bit of a breeze really having another 4 extractions with a filling thrown in! But also a set of temporary teeth! Things were Progressing nicely at this stage but my gums were slightly tender(no surprise there). Another appointment for Monday was agreed on so he could check on my progress and take some moulds of my upper and lower pallet. Returned as arranged on the Wednesday for some more inspection and a bit of grinding to a few teeth for fitment purposes and was introduced to my new set of knashes! Wow Fridays next appointment was the fitment of my new dentures, they cement them to any remaining teeth (they are temporary )until my implants have fused to my jaw bones. I chose to return next year to have the final fit done, but they say anywhere after 12weeks is acceptable, my flights already booked and I already have a huge grin 😁 on my face! They look fantastic and I feel I have my mojo back! A huge thank you Nano Clinic and all of your hard working staff for your time and professionalism it really is appreciated from me! Also to my dental surgeon who is one of the most laidback characters I’ve met, you are a star my friend! Thanks for all your wicked tunes whilst working away and your calming demeanour. I was recommended in my home country to undertake an all-in-six treatment. I happened to discuss the recommendation with a friend (Thomas S) who undertook this same treatment with Smart Dental in Andalusia a few months back. I would say that I am a conservative person and that I wouldn't instinctively do dental work abroad. I must admit I was very curious by my friend's feedback. I looked a few other clinics in Benalmadena. I'm not sure why I did this. I think I was naturally attracted by fancy deals and low prices. I had calls with a few clinics and was pressured to make quick decisions, that the deals wouldn't last, that I would lose all my teeth etc.. I just started losing confidence and trust, especially as I wasn't keen on doing dental abroad. My wife inquired on my behalf to gather initial information on the procedure steps and scheduled a call with the clinic director and surgeon. I must say that I had an excellent first impression. Mrs. diana, Mrs. Carmen and Dr. Felix clearly explained all the steps in details and what to expect. I was particularly impressed by how supportive, comforting and understanding the team was.so we decided to head to Spain... I still took the opportunity in Benalmadena to shop around for other dental clinics (again..not sure why). To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with the other local clinics, but it was still good to inquire and kept an open mind. I went ahead with my appointment to Smart Dental. The clinic is modern and clean. The team was organised, welcoming and very attentive in all my appointments. What was particularly interesting is that Smart Dental was the ONLY clinic offering warranty on the surgery, whereas other clinics that I checked only provided warranty on the implants. The clinic team was very clear and transparent at the cost structure, the procedure and material used which made me feel at ease. Understanding how "too good to be true offers" was an eye opener to me and my wife. Dr Felix was extremely professional. The process was completed without any delays or complications. I cannot tell you how happy I am. The only downside I guess what I had difficulty parking and made nervous about being late for my appointments, but on the other hand parking is always challenging.
