I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

I have just completed the first phase of my implant treatment with My Nova in Kusadasi. The clinic, and staff were very impressive, from the dental surgeon to their assistants, to the reception staff, and my liaison (Vedhan), I cannot emphasise how caring, and efficient they were. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

It has been 8 years since I moved to Belgium and he is the first doctor I have fully trusted. Because he is very good at his job, very friendly and speaks English at the same time. The clinic is also very hygienic which was another criteria for me. To conclude, it was a pleasure meeting him and from now on, I will be his patient.

Dr. Fabio Maltese is an extremely competent dentist. He immediately put me at ease and explained in detail how he would proceed. I am so happy to have found such a qualified dentist. I have searched for years to locate a dentist, in Rome, with serious credentials and the ability and training to take care of my dental health. A real plus is his fluency, in English.

My boyfriend and I had dental treatment at H-dent. We found the staff to be always courteous and attentive. Our treatment plans included extractions, fillings and crowns. We are delighted with the professionalism, counsel we received and indeed our treatments which were efficient and caring. Cost wise we were very satisfied. Dr Ioannis was super professional and got the work done within a few minutes. I was super nervous at first since it would be my first dental extraction but throughout the entire process, He's the best dentist in Athens. He reassured me that everything would be okay until the tooth was pulled out without any pain.

I find Flynns Dental Care professional and very caring. It would not take you long to get the feeling that the patient comes first. The staff are so nice and keep everything calm and relaxed all while presenting a very high level of professionalism. The facilities have a high standard of cleanliness. There is a nice waiting room with a TV and magazines to keep you occupied while you wait although I don’t think I have waited longer than 10-15 minutes. The dentist I go to is Dr Ciara Drummond AKA Dr Ciara. I have a phobia of dental clinics. Because of this I have been to a lot of dentists, and I must admit the majority have been very nice, but Dr. Ciara is way ahead of anyone I have been to. She has a very calming deminer. Let’s you know what is happening. She explains the procedure about to be carried out, all while making sure you do not feel anxious or overwhelmed. I have been going to Flynns Dental Care for several years now and I would highly recommend them.
