Dr Pervin Bilginer graduated in 1992 from Marmara University, Istanbul, is a dentist and also an orthodontist with a PhD degree. She speaks fluent English and French, beginner level German and can understand Bulgarian. The clinic contains two dental units. Her brother dentist Alkan Bilginer is a general dentist graduated from the same university.
