From a to z everything was great. My coordinator guided me through all the steps and from arriving at the airport and finishing the last final check with a doctor there was not a single problem at all. I heard their name a few times but I never thought that they are so professional. They know what they are doing for sure. And I wish they do keep up with this spectacular work all the time. Nurses and the hospital staff are definitely an asset to the company. They are not only staff they become friends with you. Aftercare was good as well and massages are useful ladies. Have them for sure.

Although breast augmentation is one of my biggest dreams, I could not take action on this issue for years. I reached out to them by phone because I liked the breast augmentation operation performed by the Yoo Retouch clinic, which I came across on social media. Since I live in USA, I first received preliminary information over the phone. Despite being on the phone, they were so friendly and helpful that I was enchanted. When I made an appointment for a suitable date and went to Istanbul, they met me from the airport with a VIP vehicle. They made me feel very special even at the airport. I've been in a very stylish hospital where they have contracted my operation. I had as much pain as it should have after the surgery. Since I did not experience great pain, I had the opportunity to visit Istanbul, which I had not been to for a long time. The whole process was very good from start to finish.

The staff at the clinic made me feel very comfortable during my hair transplant procedure. The results are excellent, I'm very pleased with the clinic!

I travelled from the UK to Turkey in October of 2021 to have a gastric sleeve and I am very pleased with my results, I lost lost 53kg so far and I can’t thank Dr Burak enough! He was so professional and did an excellent job with no mistakes, his aftercare was also amazing as he would check on me every day until he was satisfied with my recovery. If anyone is interested in having a gastric sleeve with Dr Burak please be reassured you will be in safe hands.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.
