I am so grateful for everything, and in love with my body. I had a breast lift and augmentation operation at Clinic Center 5 months ago. The results are so satisfying. During the consultation, the surgeon listened to my own wishes and directed everything according to them. Furthermore, the hotel was hygienic, thankfully the aftercare team was extremely helpful and I really felt confident with their sincerity. And now, my two incision scar faded away and I am genuinely happy.

So informative and always happy to answer any questions and put my mind at ease. His English is perfect and that has helped immensely. The transport from airport to hospital to the hotel has been very reliable and again very professional. My surgeon Dr Ali was also very professional and put me at ease. Only 2 days post op but so far the results have been excellent. Thanks to WEST, I love my nose! I've always wanted rhinoplasty to correct my dorsal hump. Additionally, I broke my nose as a kid leaving it a bit crooked looking from the front. I visited 2 other clinics before choosing West and what really set them apart is the other surgeons make small talk during their initial consultation, but Dr Kurdal shows you his after pictures and lets his work speak for itself on videocall. I had second thoughts the day of my surgery but his amazingly friendly staff put me at ease. Everyone working at West seems to genuinely enjoy their job which makes every part of the process from consultation to post-op visits pleasant.

The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recently (February 2024)had surgery (Rhinoplasty and breast augmentation) with Dr. Bali, and I feel like the luckiest person to have had him as my surgeon. I had a primary rhinoplasty, and breast implant replacement, and made the decision to come to Turkey because I knew the surgeons in Turkey were (and are) some of the best in the world. A lot of people tried to say I should go to an ENT, but this didn't bother me because I knew instantly he was the best surgeon for me. I am breathing better now 6 days later after my surgery with Dr. Bali compared to before. He is truly an incredible surgeon! Rhinoplasty is a daunting process the research and outcome are incredibly stressful. But I knew even with my cast on I was going to LOVE my results. His work is unmatched, his care, compassion, warmth and reassuring personality made travelling alone so much easier for me. Having travelled alone from Australia, whenever I had worries or concerns he and his team always reassured me it was due to drains or swelling. And he was correct. I completely trust my results will be exactly what I have dreamed of. My photos shared are 6 days post-op, with a lot of bruising, and swelling, and the tip of my nose is still raised. But I know this will drop and can't wait to see the final results! I have wanted to change my nose for almost 30 years. I always hated it and was teased for years in school about it. Now I feel like my absolute best self. My breast augmentation was more painful post-op than my nose, I had no pain and no discomfort with my nose post-op. It was smooth sailing and it's been a dream. Dr Bali knew and understood exactly what I was wanting to achieve with my new look. He even fixed the original implant location and made it better for me. We removed teardrop implants and went with a round to create more fullness and I'm excited to see the outcome. They already look like what I envisioned. The hospital was hygienic, and the nurse care there was amazing even with a language barrier they understood everything I needed during my stay overnight in the hospital. Dr Bali, to you, your surgical team and your kind clinic team (especially Berşan) thank you for making my nose perfect, and my breasts phenomenal and making me so incredibly happy. Berşan thank you for always smiling and laughing, your joy made me want to laugh and joke with you but I couldn't smile or laugh properly 🤣😭🤣 I wish I could have hugged you all properly but I was scared to move my arms and was scared to hurt my new boobs 🤣. For anyone travelling from Australia or anywhere to Turkey for a rhinoplasty (or any other plastic surgery) PLEASE BOOK WITH DR BALI. I couldn't find many reviews for him with regard to rhinoplasty but I just knew instantly that he was my surgeon. No fear, no doubts, just the strongest gut feel he was the surgeon I trusted. (Hence my long recommendation). I hope this will help someone with their research and decision. You are in the safest hands with Dr Bali and his team.

Overall, I had a good experience with Surgero Clinic İstanbul. I received clear instructions and next steps leading up to my surgery date and what my responsibilities were after surgery. I received a lot of communication either through email, by phone, and even by text. The staff in the clinic were courteous. Erdem was nice and up front with me about expectations. I was not misled by any means and was provided with all the information needed to make an informed decision! I'm almost 4 weeks post op and happy with my after. Dr. E. did his part and I know that it is my responsibility to maintain and do my part to continue to see great results!

I was interested in the excellent logistics services which provided me with transportation from and to the airport, from hotel to hospital on daily basis.
