I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone in need of high-end cosmetic surgery. The doctor performed face surgery on 3 areas and I am very pleased with the results.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. I had an operation with Dr. Ali Riza two days ago for nose aesthetic. Both my breathing problem and my nose hump disturbed me. Dr. Ali went to the exam room, examined me after listening to me and showed me my new nose by computer simulation. I was a bit stressed on the day of surgery, the team was very helpful in that sense. My operation lasted for 2 hours, I was in the hospital that night. I had little nausea and I could say the hardest part was the first night. The next day I had some pain and my nose was swollen. The swellings went away very fast and I was fine after 1 week of surgery. It is a bit early to evaluate now, but as far as I can see I love my new nose. Thanks to the doctor and the team. Dr. Ali is a very professional plastic surgeon. He listens carefully to what you say and want and tells you all the risks about surgery and what he can accomplish. Very realistic and professional man.

Myself and my best friend travelled to Turkey for our FUE appointment with Golden Med Hair in February 2022. I was very satisfied with the information provided leading up to the appointment and couldn’t speak highly enough of our agent Eman. Everything was taken care of from transport from/to the airport, accommodation and clinic. The accommodation was basic but clean and tidy. It wasn’t far from the clinic and a driver was always there on time to take us to our destination. The clinic itself is very professional and clean. On arrival to the clinic, the surgeon assessed our hair loss and devised a plan which was well explained to us beforehand. The staff at the clinic were great, very friendly and knowledgeable. Food and medication was provided at the clinic throughout our operation and we were made to feel very welcome/comfortable throughout. It’s been almost 9 months since the operation and I am delighted with the results. Eman has kept in touch frequently even after the operation to check how we have been doing and to assess our progress, asking for photos etc. I couldn’t recommend Golden Med Hair enough and have already convinced a few friends to book their own transplant surgery in the near future.
