I had gastric sleeve surgery on the 18th of January 2023. From the moment of booking to all the way after my surgery, I can not fault the service provided by Dr Cenk, Sevim, and the whole team at Anadolu hospital. The instructions and guidance pre and post surgery were clear and the communication by sevim was first class. I travelled alone and was put to ease. The nurses were so caring. Sevim went out of her way to make sure my flight back to the UK was smooth and easy ( booked wheelchair service, highly recommended). Dr Cenk and all staff members treated me with respect and dignity. I am 6 weeks post op and have lost 11kg. Highly Highly recommended Dr Cenk and his team. A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

I received excellent customer service and superior medical care from the time that I made a general inquiry about plastic surgery and throughout my entire surgery and stay in Turkey. I’m not long back from my visit from Ekol and all I can say is I had the most wonderful experience with them. I had rhinoplasty with Dr Baha Sezgin and honestly can’t believe how amazing his work is I absolutely love my new nose so much and he is very talented and a caring person. All the staff and nurses will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taking good care of their all so kind and sweet. The hospital itself is really good so much better than the ones in the UK it’s very clean and comfortable and the food they give you is delicious. Also the Hotel Ekol will put you in after your treatment is completed was beautiful and it’s situated in the centre of Izmir so you get to explore the beautiful city. Thank you so much Ekol use did an awesome job.

I had my gastric sleeve about three month ago. I was an overweight girl; I was very anxious about it. I stopped all my social gatherings and gradually I was going into the depression phase. my best friend Dustin noticed all these changes in me, he asked me about the problems I told him. then he searched about the gastric sleeve from clinic bariatric. he took an appointment for me. we went to Istanbul and did my surgery. Ich wurde am 22.05.2023 operiert. Ich kann Dr. Ceyhun Aydoğan sehr empfehlen hatte sich mir persönlich vor der Operation vorgestellt und danach war er auch 1x am Tag bei mir um sich nach mir zu erkundigen. Vor dem Abflug wieder in der Heimat wurde ich in eine Gruppe eingeladen, wo mir Schritt für Schritt alles erklärt wurde wie wann und was ich zu essen habe, mit den Phasen der Diät von Flüssig zur fester Nahrung! Bis heute bin ich in der Gruppe und kann nur großes Lob aussprechen an Ernährungsberaterin Amy, Ernährungsberaterin Nora und Post-Operative Beraterin Bahar da sie mir immer zur Seite standen bei fragen egal wann. Steht’s professionell und kompetent. Ich kann die Klinik sehr empfehlen.

Professional Team &Great Doctor. Health Direct team is really a very professional and caring team. Before my first meeting with my doctor, I was a little nervous, but my doctor Hakan Aydogan listened to my wishes and concerns and my coordinator Naz translated and explained everything as it was. Hakan Aydogan successfully performed my breast augmentation and liposuction operations. It's now 2 weeks post operation and I still have oedema but I'm sure the results will be better than I expected. I can say that it is a team that I can recommend to everyone. Thanks!
