The employees were interested, I was really nervous the doctors were helping me to relax. I was not faced with a problem about English, there was not any question left in my mind. I decide to do a gastric sleeve surgery to feel confident and comfortable, self confidence is very important to each person. It was a definitely good choice, I felt so comfortable because I had all the needed information ahead from consultant Ömer, he made me ready to step in a new healthy life. The clinic was very clean, cozy and had amazing staff working there. All medical help people has been so pleasant and supportive. I had a sleeve gastrectomy on 3rd November 2023 with Dr Cem Arslan. The whole experience was seemless, stress-free and very comfortable. The whole team made me feel very safe and confident and the service was excellent. I had an ECG and blood tests and lungs checked before surgery, and was monitored closely by nurses before and after surgery. The follow-up has also been excellent, maintaining contact and available for questions 24/7! I have no regrets about my decision and highly recommend Dr Cem and his wonderful team to anyone! I am so grateful for the care, support and individual attention I received!

Very clean and professional, someone was always there checking up on you. Would 100% recommend anyone who is looking at having surgery done. All the nurses, surgeons, dietitians etc are there for you.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I really can’t recommend Apera enough. From the coordinators to the surgeon, the staff have been caring, and kind and nothing was too much trouble. If I had to pick something to criticise them for was that the nursing staff at the hospital rarely wear gloves but, I guess this could be no more than a difference in infection control policies. I would definitely book with them again having gone through the procedure.

I had a gastric sleeve operation I felt normal after the operation but if you want to eat something you can't eat so much You are eating just what you need. It feels really good that I have lost 28 lbs so far. I am really happy and thank you for that.

I had gastric sleeve surgery with Clinic Center 6 months ago and it was one of the best decisions I made! From the moment I contacted them they were really professional, they made me feel at ease by answering all of my questions and giving me lots of information. It was so easy to schedule my surgery with them. When me and my wife arrived in Istanbul they picked us up from the airport and bring us to a very nice hotel. The next day I got to meet my surgeon. He was really nice, calming and professional. All of my anxieties were cleared after meeting the surgeon. My wife was able to stay at the hospital with me for the moral support. I wasn't in pain after the surgery. The nurses were checking up on me a lot. The surgeon came to see me after the surgery as well. They gave me detailed information about what to expect after the surgery. Once I came back home Clinic Center's aftercare team contacted me to check up on my recovery. I was about 330lbs before I had the surgery and I lost 42lbs in 6 months which makes me feel amazing. I'm still losing weight and I cannot wait until I reach my ideal weight. Very pleased with cataract surgery in Izmir. Everything went as the plan suggested. Met at airport, from there on in contact with me until final assessment. Hello, I was there. I had surgery 4 days ago (stomach reduction). Everything is going well, even though I don't speak the language, I was received and treated very well by the very competent and friendly nursing staff. Not to forget the many doctors and surgeons! The hospital is very clean and organized! And don't forget my lovely German translator (Hülya), who is always ready to help with whatever is needed! Thank you all.

Hello, I'm Katja and I had my operation a week ago. The whole team is very nice and always there when you need something. I was greeted warmly right at the airport. The doctor (Nuri Koşer) is also very friendly. There is no stress there at all. A nurse took time and patience with me at the beginning and walked with me and of course, helped with other things if necessary. Ayşe was also very caring and was always easy to reach when not in the hospital and also took a lot of time and patience with her patients. What was good for me was to run as much as possible, if possible of course. Now after a week, I'm feeling pretty good. You have to change your diet and make sure you don't wear too much, which can be difficult for some, but otherwise, everything is great and I'm of course looking forward to the next journey.

Everything went amazing with the surgery. Sezin and Dr Metin Karadeniz were amazing. Kept informed the whole way. 9 weeks post op and 16 kg down.

12.5/10 - Fantastic Experience, Great Coordinator, Nurses and Hospitality staff! Asuman is the greatest coordinator! I went to turkey to have gastric sleeve surgery (weight loss option). My coordinator was the nicest, respectable, reliable, politest, generous, helpful, kind, pro-active, efficient person I've ever met! (besides the women in my family) overall great/perfect coordinator. She was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from start to end in which I am extremely grateful for. I stayed in the Radisson Blue hotel which was amazing, clean, lovely views, good lighting with 5 stars customer service. I stayed in turkey for 8 nights and checked into Medical Park Hospital on the 2nd day in which all my medicals such as blood tests, scans etc was taken. The next day was surgery day, I was greeted in the morning by the surgeon who was very polite, kind and professional, he talked me through everything. After the surgery going very well, I was left in care with the nurses who were very very attentive, kind, warming and hard working. Even though I was in a lot of pain and frustrated after the surgery, the nurses understood and were very helpful and were very kind and very respectful. My hospital room was spacious clean, stylish and comfortable. After spending a couple of days recovering in the hospital I returned back to the hotel where I was greeted by Rana and other nurses who were all extremely lovely, helpful and all had great/positive energy. Overall I would rate this Gastric Sleeve experience 12.5/10. Thank you.

I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.
