I booked in with Sule all through their WhatsApp service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and happy to answer all questions. On arrival, I was greeted by a rep from Sule and brought straight to my transport. Everything was organised by sule and everything was like clockwork. Always on time and always happy to help. As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

I am very happy with this clinic. I came here to fix the fue beard transplant that I had gotten a year ago from a Turkish clinic and the design didn’t look very natural. I wanted to find an experienced doctor that can fix my beard to make it look natural. So after heavy research, I found Glojas on YouTube. I was hesitant at first because I am from California and I needed to make a long trip out to Kuala Lumpur but I couldn’t find a doctor that specialises in Asian hair and that provides great results. I am glad I made the decision to come to Glojas. The staff was experienced and incredible but more importantly, the doctor and his team really knew their craft. Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.
