I had heard about Transes Hair clinic from a couple friends that had gone the previous year and had great results. I did some of my own research and found their prices to be the best as well. I couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was. From the time of booking my flights the people at Transes took care of almost everything else! I arrived at the airport in Istanbul and found a driver waiting for me. I was driven to a nice hotel which they had arranged and the driver even went in to check me in. I was told what time to be at the front door to be picked up and it was right on time. There was someone waiting for me at the front door of the clinic when we arrived. The staff inside were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had, and we got to the procedure. I went for the 2-day procedure and was at the clinic for about 14 hrs total. The procedure went very smoothly and at 6 months I can’t even imagine my hair getting any thicker. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Transes!!!

I recommend HWT. I had my first hair transplant 1 year ago and the second one last month. The first one got really good results and the new hairline looks very natural and full. I can say that I'm really pleased with the final result and I would recommend the clinic to anyone looking to get their hair back. I had breast augmentation, so in regards to arranging the procedure, I was coming from London,UK to Turkey. I was extremely worried because I thought what happens if I'm stranded at the airport however from the questions I had prior to the actual confirmation everything was going very well. I received the certificates of my surgeon, pictures of previous ops, the schedule for the day etc. I will admit as soon as I landed it felt very rushed and I didn't really have time to wrap my head around it. I thought I'd be able to feel the implants that would be going in me forever! And because I have a guide but didn't know exactly what size I wanted I thought I'd also be able to wear the 2 sizes I was debating to make the right choice, besides those things I had a good experience and I am happy with the outcome. I think my surgeon Dr Sinem was great. She explained my aftercare well and suggested I stayed in contact. I would also like to thank Ayla she was sooooooo helpful even on her day off, we got along great because we laugh and smile randomly. I made a good friend in Turkey. I am currently at the stage of 3 weeks, following the aftercare very carefully and all is good thus far. Only not being apart of the decision making and feeling rushed were my issues.

I am very impressed with all their work since we arrived everything has been beyond what I expected, from the driver to the nurses and doctors, everyone gave me an exceptional experience, my surgery was 1 month ago and even though I was nervous they relaxed me and take care of me more than I was expecting. Now after 1 month post-operation I have managed to lose 21kg, I am very happy as I know I have made the right choice. Also I am very pleased with the support that I have been receiving from the whole team.

As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I came for a consultation whilst on holiday in Bodrum. This was so easy it was like a jigsaw, piece after piece fitted. I had the surgery of 2 areas. 2 sessions back to back overnight. I have wanted to do a hair transplant for a long time. Through acquaintances, I found out the contact of Dr. Okan when I was on vacation in Antalya. We agreed with the doctor about the cost and time of the operation. In the morning we had a detailed interview where the doctor clarified the state of my health and the process of the future operation. They took a blood test and prescribed a method of operation. They quickly made anaesthesia, did an analysis of the bulbs and proceeded to the operation. Everything was absolutely painless. After receiving the grafts, the transplant holes were prepared and I was fed a delicious lunch. After lunch, we started planting grafts, during which I fell asleep)) After the operation, the doctor prescribed the necessary medications and gave a detailed description of further actions and head care. Created a chat in WhatsApp for operational interaction. Everything went professionally, quickly and painlessly (except for the injection of anesthesia).
