Where do I even begin? Dr. Gorkem Atsal and his team are nothing short of incredible, and I cannot express how grateful I am for finding them. From the moment I started the process of finding the right surgeon for my face and neck lift, I was overwhelmed with choices and nervousness, especially considering travelling to another country for the procedure. When we arrived at the hospital (their wonderful driver whose name I can not remember but smile I can not forget picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the hospital) I met Enes. Understandably on the day of the surgery, I was nervous. It's a big decision and I am in a different country with all the new people. Enes sat with me in the waiting area and talked to me for a long while. I was grateful for how honest and sympathetic he was. The whole team was always there to address any concerns or questions I had, responding immediately and with genuine care. From the moment I was picked up from the airport to the moment I was dropped off, every aspect of my experience was seamless and pleasant. There were no disappointments, only exceeded expectations at every turn. To anyone who may be on the fence about undergoing a procedure abroad, let me assure you: Dr. Atsal and his team are the ones you want by your side. Going to Istanbul I saved money and got amazing results that I cannot wait to flaunt. I have already recommended Dr Atsal to my sister, who plans on going in a year, and I would recommend him to any dear friend or family member without hesitation. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

My agent rep/translator was in contact before I even landed in Turkey. He was either with me or at the end of the phone till the moment I was leaving Istanbul. His support was constant and nothing was too much trouble…… massive shout out to Anil. Every member of the nursing / doctor & surgeon team was kind and thorough. The language barrier was never an issue. My surgeon ‘The Bora’ is as great man. I saw him several times a day. He would pop in to check on me. Pre op he put my anxieties at ease. A Star service from drivers, vehicles, hospital and hotel…… you get what you pay for. I honestly can’t fault any part of the process.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. Overall, I would highly recommend this doctor and clinic to anyone in need of high-end cosmetic surgery. The doctor performed face surgery on 3 areas and I am very pleased with the results.

Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever.
