I can't recommend Dr Görkem Astel highly enough and if have any further surgery in the future this is the company I will be choosing again. I had skin removal of the bottom lip and lip lift. The Dr's team are fantastic and so friendly and the personal assistant (Gulce) made everything smooth going from the start of the consultation process until the end. Thank you all so much for a great experience.

The expertise of Dr Guray Yesiladali and his team has given me back a face that all who love me have known before, but from very many years ago. It's a testament to his great skill that I look like me, just fresher (almost 20yrs fresher!!!) without looking out of keeping with the woman that I am. From the time Zeliha and I discussed and tailored my needs and managed my booking, I have been cared for with dignity. From the ever-able Nur who coordinated my arrival, and pre and post-op care, from Vanity drivers who were always gentlemen, to the nurses who patiently waited on me, and the cleaners and caterers who nourished me and kept my room clean, I was cared for like a princess. I'd like to thank you Dr Guray for your care, calmness, good humour, thoughtfulness, and dedication to each and every outcome for your patients. The passion you have for your vocation is palpable. You stand head and shoulders above many on your field and do so with humility. It was my pleasure to meet and work with you on achieving my goal and I hope we can do so again.

I wholeheartedly endorse this hospital and its services. I felt a sense of support and belonging from everyone on staff, which made me feel less apprehensive. I may appreciate Buket and Beste's help and effort and of course, special thanks to my surgent Duran Cekic for his amazing piece of artwork. The only suggestion I have for the entire team is that they should improve their communication after discharge because it wasn't very good. No one checked in on me after I was released unless I messaged and asked any questions, but Beste deserves special praise for locating the information and responding to my messages.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group

Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I came to Istanbul to have a breast reduction. Medulux health and my PA Emin were fantastic throughout the whole experience. From the flight to transfer once landing in Instanbul, I was made to feel very at ease and considering I was going there for surgery I didn’t feel nervous at all. We were taking to a small town called ortakoy which is such a lovely place for sightseeing! Had some food and got to know our PA a little more face to face. From there straight to the hospital for paperwork and to get comfortable for the evening before surgery to next day. The nurses were fabulous. I slept really well that evening. Again the next day I wasn’t nervous, I met the fabulous Dr Cem, my surgeon who was extremely professional and again made me feel very at ease. I had very large heavy breast so I don’t know what I was expecting but I can honestly say I’m incredibly happy with my surgery. He did a fantastic job and I’ve tonnes more confidence. After two days at hospital, I went to stay in a gorgeous hotel in ortakoy called the crowne plaza. It was absolutely beautiful. Everyone again was so helpful. The food was incredible! You really did feel like royalty. The surgery, transfers and hotel were all included with no hidden costs. You knew exactly where you stood. This was all sorted out by Medulux health and of course Emin. We literally didn’t have to make any arrangements, it was such a breeze and very relaxing after my recovery. Since surgery, I speak to Emin as he always checks in to see how I’m doing. We’ve already spoke about my next surgery which I will be using Medulux health again and Dr Cem. I look forward to returning to Instanbul and would highly recommend Medulux health and Emin to be your provider for your journey and stay. Thank you again
