Allison & all of the other girls are fab. So kind & considerate & always put any nerves I have at ease. The girls on reception never ask about what or why you’re having things done (although they’re so friendly, they always respect privacy & are professional). Nothing is ever bought to your attention or spoken about unless you enquire first - AKA no one pressures you into booking more treatments or raises any insecurities or makes you feel embarrassed about anything you haven’t mentioned.

I attended Defyne clinic to have plasma treatment. I was really quite nervous but Pinar and the other staff are so friendly I was soon put at ease. Pinar explained the process thoroughly, and the aftercare so there was no hidden surprises. I am very pleased with the outcome of my treatment. I would definitely attend again.

Jenny came highly recommended and I nervously booked in for a consultation. Jenny is friendly approachaeable knowledgeable and most importantly listens to your concerns and requirements. I had concerns about lip lines but wanted a very natural result to reduce them without looking different. Jenny recommended fillers and was very confident and reassuring about the outcome being right for what i was looking for. I spent the first three days thinking anhh what i done and concealing some swelling with ice packs and makeup even though nobody even seemed to notice !. I contacted Austin's clinic as he provided the procedure I wanted more information on. Our meeting was informal and informative and Austin was open and honest with me. I came away more knowledgeable about what my options were and the costs involved.

Everything went perfect. Special treatment of wisdom teeth refused by swiss dentists was successful. Creation of a ceramic dental bridge. During all time I had a temporary bridge and able to eat.
