In between sessions I offer telephone and email support. As it is important to me that my clients are able to take what they learn from me and apply it in other areas of their lives, I will teach you how to use the techniques for yourself.   I believe it is very important that everyone find the right practitioner for them.  With this in mind, I encourage you to contact me and and any other practitioners you feel drawn to, in order to check out who feels right for you to work with.  I am always happy to help in any way I can, whether this means pointing you in the direction of a different practitioner or other resources, or taking you on as a client of my own. 

My therapy  room is at the heart of Prestatyn, therefore easily accessible to clients from the surrounding areas of Denbighshire, Flintshire, Conwy and Gwynedd. It is easily accessible from Prestatyn Bus Station and Prestatyn Train Station. There is a free public car par within easy walking distance for most people and disabled parking closer to.  My therapy room is a private, relaxed and comfortable room within a Chiropractic Centre and a waiting room, public toilet and a drink of water are available when you arrive. Please announce yourself to the receptionist on arrival.  My room is up some stairs but a chair lift is available if necessary.
