Shona is the Practice Owner and Senior Physiotherapist. Qualified in 1989, Shona worked for six years in the NHS developing a specific interest in neurological physiotherapy and trained in the Bobath technique. Following her move to Yorkshire, she worked at the BUPA hospital Leeds, leading the inpatient physiotherapy team. This involved work with all the major Leeds Consultants. Shona has a specialist expertise in Occupational Health, including manual handling training. She has had research into Postural Back Pain published and is a published author in the field of back care.

Robin has been a physiotherapist for more than 40 years, gaining vast experience in the treatment of patients with musculoskeletal problems of the spine and extremities. He has unparalleled clinical practice with extensive post graduate teaching in the United Kingdom and mainland Europe. His most recent studies are concerning contemporary evidence of pain science, related behaviour and understanding how this knowledge can be applied in the treatment of patients.
