Dr Paul Martin
Biography:
Paul Martin, qualified in 1997 from Brunel University, and since this time has gained an MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from UCL in 2002.
Paul is also employed at the English Institute of Sport at St Mary's College in Twickenham. This is a high performance centre for elite distance runners, working with many Olympians. He also works with elite squash, rowing and England women's rugby to name but a few.
Paul is the lead physiotherapist for GB Disability Swimming squad and was part of the team that competed successfully at the Athens and Beijing Paralympic Games, as well as topping the medals table in the World Championships in 2006.
When not treating elite athletes, Paul has worked for many years in private practice treating a wide variety of problems encountered by individuals, from the bad back to complex post-operative rehabilitation. Paul became a Director of Physio Remedies in 2008.
