Ryszard ‘Riz’ Buk has worked in private practice since graduating from University. He has a strong background in international sports rehabilitation and has developed a strong repertoire of treatment techniques including joint manipulations, soft tissue release and electrotherapy modalities. His real passion is strength and conditioning and progressive, functional rehabilitation, which he believes is key to his clients long term recovery success. With a keen eye for movement and gait analysis, Riz also evaluates his patients posture and biomechanics to offer advice and education on preventing injuries, whether you play occasional sport or are an elite athlete looking to progress to the next level. Riz has also led successful return to work programmes within the emergency and armed services.
