We specialize in using advanced manual therapy techniques such as Muscle Energy Technique and Cyriax as well as Mulligan. We primarily use our hands and do not utilise machines in our practice, with the exception of TENS to help with pain management in certain acute and sub acute injuries

Namaste Physiotherapy Centre established in 2016, founded by Physiotherapist-Stephenie Yap and Yoga Acharya and Yoga Therapist-Sunny Yap.  We are the first physiotherapy centre in Malaysia that provide combining method of physical therapy and yoga therapy provides treatment and rehabilitation for the community.  Our mission is to raise awareness about public health issues and provide cost-effective treatment for our patients.
