Went to the first consultation and was asked for my details, problem description, accident history and any other problems I may have, I then had an examination. and was relieved to hear that something could be done with my hip problem, and an extra problem he found in my lower spine that I forgot to mention. I also felt relaxed and thought it was a good value, and looking forward to my next visit.

I was referred to Suchit and his team after a road traffic accident, the service was prompt, polite and very efficient. They are all very well qualified. And helped me with further sessions. Joe, MY physio has been superb and has fixed my whiplash to a very bearable pain degree. I am still under his care, and I'm sure this will go to 0 in the near future. We also used Suchit in a private capacity, for a home visit after my landlord was discharged from hospital surviving covid, Suchit once again came through with reassurance, advice and apparatus to use during his post-recovery. I highly recommend this company and their skills and service.

Such a professional and friendly clinic! I am totally amazed and pain-free from just one session - I have been going to a chiropractor for months for pain in my shoulder. Also to BUPA who suggested an injection that I was not too happy about having. Approach I believe that each person is an individual and has their own unique set of life experiences beliefs history and needs. As osteopaths we seek to understand why the knee has become injured; why has the injury occurred at this time; why the injured knee effects other areas distant to the knee e.g. foot hip or spine. Once I have developed an understanding of your condition I will discuss it with you and agree a treatment plan that will include advice on exercise posture nutrition and lifestyle. During treatments I usually use a combination of techniques including soft tissue massage muscle stretches and gentle joint mobilisations. Along the way I explain what I am doing how it will help your recovery advise you on exercises that you can do yourself and how to avoid further injury or pain. I only see Julian, always greeted with a smile, he is always brilliant and sorts my back out - it might take a few sessions but give it a chance. He took over Mario about 5 years ago but in my personal view, he is better and has brought a more modern view on the way he treats his patients. 5 stars.
