I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. Naturally, I was very concerned about having surgery abroad but the moment I had a consultation with Dr Bazeos my fears were allayed, I knew I had found my doctor. I had a sub total hysterectomy - bilateral salpingectomy on the 18th April at the Nuffield Brentwood. I had been suffering with heavy periods for many years and my uterus was equivalent to a 22 to 24 week pregnancy due to large fibroids. Dr Masood, from our very first consultation was extremely patient and understanding of my needs. I came prepared with countless questions and suggestions and he listened, advised and answered all my questions. Not once did he make me feel uncomfortable about the numerous questions that I bombarded him with. I was very confident in his knowledge and he explained all the various treatment options in depth. He also has an excellent team behind him who are very prompt at responding to any concerns or questions that you have. Faye Scott, his secretary, is always professional, caring and prompt. After my surgery Dr Masood visited daily to ensure that everything was going well, which it did. He assured me that if I needed anything else upon discharge, that I should contact his secretary. I did this a few days after being discharged and got a response from Dr Masood within the hour. I can highly recommend Dr Masood and his team. I also would like to thank him for being patient with me, for making this whole stressful process easy and for getting rid of the fibroids from hell. I will always be grateful. Thank you.

I've had a pacemaker installed on a hospital in South America, when I needed a check-up, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. It was a very good choice for me. The process was very efficient and I was in the hands of very competent people. That the have a person to take care of foreign patients, is a brilliant idea. And Mr. Alisher Durdyyev was excellent. I was happy about everything I encountered here, and I'll be back in December.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.

I had my tubal ligation reversal in 18/10/2022. Surgery was done by lovely dr Erhan Cagatay. Everyone at the hospital was great. And all went perfectly fine. I can now say it was successful and im 12 weeks pregnant now. I highly recommend dr Cagatay.
