Dr. Lopez-Serna is a board-certified Neurosurgeon with training in Spine Surgery. He completed his residency training in the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery in Mexico City and followed his formation with fellowships, courses and observerships in the United Kingdom (Guy's & St. Thomas' Hospital), Finland (Orton Foundation) and South Korea (Wooridul Spine Hospital). He is a University Professor of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Neuronatomy at Anahuac University and the University of Quintana Roo. He has several publications in peer-reviewed journals and has participated as speaker on multiple international courses and meetings. He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, Congress of Neurological Surgeons, Mexican Society of Neurological Surgery.

Dr. Ruiz is a board-certified Neurologist. She completed her Neurology training in the CMN 20 de Noviembre in Mexico City and a fellowship in Intensive Care Neurology at the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery. She was trained in Vascular Neurology at the University Hospital 12 de Octubre (Madrid, Spain). She is an expert on Neurodegenerative diseases and leads several Associations for the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis, Lateral amyotrophic sclerosis and orphan diseases. She is the Chief of the Neurophysiology Department at Cancun Neurological Center.

Dr Bastidas is a Pediatrician and Child Neurologist. She holds a Master degree in Neurological Rehabilitation and runs the Pediatric Neurology Clinic at Cancun Neurological Center.
