What is Ayurveda? Therapeutic Massage can be suitable to treat muscular tension, pain and stiffness. When we get tense or stressed, our muscles build up lactic acid ‘knots’ which prevent them from working smoothly. As a result of this process, muscles pull our bones out of their correct alignment which can lead to poor posture, pain and other problems. However, in order to offer the most effective soothing and healing treatment every session can be tailored to the areas that need most work, for example: back, neck, shoulders and feet depending on the needs and preferences of the client.
