Pain free after one session. Over the years I have been to numerous physios for lower back problems due to the nature of my sport (waveski surfing). I have been surfing competitively for over 35 years and at at age of 56 I was thinking of stopping due to severe ache. A very thorough examination and some pulling and pushing I walked out pain free. I visited the clinic today for joint and back pain. I was given a thorough consultation and was given a professional opinion and an idea of future treatment. I liked the kind manner in which I was told about my problems/condition and it was delivered in a way I could relate to. I felt at ease asking questions and felt comfortable throughout the visit. Booking was easy and I will definitely be continuing treatment there and highly recommend The Carlton Clinic.

Great experience. Very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. I was given more hope than I had; quite a list of exercises to go away and work on my wrist injury with, and I had a long list of questions answered. There was time for acupuncture at the end too which was really great. I had an hour session for £50 but I think it’s now £60. I’d love to see more social business models fit to support people on a low income / with unstable visa etc. (more wealthy customers ‘pay it forward’ type schemes) throughout these kinds of necessary practices. And though of course, that responsibility doesn’t fall solely on individual businesses, more examples lead to more examples… Really appreciate it, Thank you!

I have been having issues with my lower back for a few months and as it is hard to get into a doctor and then wait for physio, so I decided to have a sports massage. Beth got to the issue and told me what the issue is. As it is an ongoing issue I will need a few treatments. Willing to pay the price to hopefully treat the issue. Special mention to Beth, who puts you at ease and is great at what she does.

Dave has been my physio for 6/7 years and manages numerous injuries/niggles from road, trail and hill running. I’m usually sorted and pain free within a couple of sessions which is great as I can continue with training. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and highly recommend.

Dr Nolan was very friendly and keen to help. Reassured me and gave a management plan for a way forward with bad pain in the lower back. After one adjustment, things felt a lot better and over a few weeks the pain declined. It was so good being pain free, I now see Dr Nolan for a regular check up to keep things pain free.
