Job Title: Physiotherapist Biography: Keiron graduated from the university of west of England with a degree in sports therapy and rehabilitation and has a background in exercise tuition and football. Working with all levels of football, Keiron currently works with Championship side Bristol City’s youth academy. Keiron is a Graduate member of the British association of rehabilitators and trainers (BASRaT) and keeps his knowledge up to date by attending courses and reading research reports. Keiron has recently joined Team Super Schools who provide sports events with a celebrity athlete to junior schools to help inspire and encourage young people to become more active and take an interest in sport.

Micah has always been into health and fitness especially basketball in which he was proud to have captained Bristol Bombers at under 16 Level. After suffering from groin and ankle injuries which reduced a lot of his playing time, he became very interested with the whole concept of injury rehabilitation and prevention. Micah is a firm believer in a holistic approach to injury rehabilitation combining 5 years experience as a personal trainer and massage therapist into his rehabilitation programmes. Having spent time working at a local hospital, he takes a particular interest in injuries around the knee regularly attending courses and seminars to stay in touch with the most up-to-date and cutting edge ways of dealing with injuries around the knee.
