Clinical Hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress management, fears and phobias, weight management and stopping smoking. EMDR, NLP and Relaxation provided.

Coaching for Weight Loss includes weekly weight and emailed handouts. 12 week weight loss courses help in the community and also in business organisations (can be used as a fund raising/team development course).

Qualified since 1999 in Clinical Hypnotherapy, gaining, certificate, diploma and practitiioners diploma in clinical hypnotherapy.

I have been in practice since 2001 taking a break from 2008 to work as a Trainer Life Coach and study a Post Graduate course.

Stop Smoking - Alternative Treatment

One to one sessions for hypnosis to quit smoking.

Organisations can book a four week courses for employees.

 

Weight Loss - Alternative Treatment

One to one treatment and also weekly group sessions of 60 minutes learning about nutrition, lifetyle and health.

Also hypnotherapy has proved for decades for weight loss that it is highly effective for results, cost efficient and safer in compariason to Gastric Band Surgery.

Most individuas will begin to see results within three sessions of hypnosis. Hypnotherapy can be combined with the nutritional education/weight loss course.

Biography:

I qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in 1991 where I learnt about anxiety and stress management together with visualisaton techniques during my training. I pursued that interest several years later to train in Clinical Hypnotherapy - gaining my first qualification in 1999 and have been practicing since 2001. I primarily work with anxiety, driving tests, fears, phobias and confidence. I addition, I offer assistance with stress management, weight control and quitting smoking. 

I now provide 12 Week Weight Loss courses in the community and within your organisation, teaching about nutrition and lifestyle changes for better health and life.
