I am a Counsellor and Hypnotherapist based in the Midlands. I help people to lose weight by getting the to think of food as fuel for their body and removing emotional attachments.I also jointly run a weight loss program called Think To Slim, which is an 8 sessions weekly group weight loss program. More info can be found on our website. In addition to this I am a Stop Smoking advisor for Quit Direct and an online counsellor for Gamble Therapy.

Stress management sessions are available on an individual and a group basis. This is very useful and successful for employers, and I regularly go into schools on INSET days to help teachers learn how to relax and deal with stress more effectively.
