Dr P and his wonderful assistant Abby are fantastic. Dr P listened to my concerns and advised what help he could give me, without me looking ‘overdone’ or too fake. I am a 56 year old grandmother of 5 and I want to look my best not 30 years old. Dr P explained what he thought I needed and that it would be over a 2-3 year period and so far everything is going well, there is a difference! To me the best one so far was the filling of my number ‘11’s’ (my frown lines) having treatment for wrinkles and these filled have softened the look of my face! I appear more relaxed and people notice! I love my beauty ‘tweak-Ments’ from Dr P and will highly recommend him to everyone. I will say that I am a work in progress and I am very, pleased with the treatments so far. Thank you Dr P.

Having ‘never’ had any treatments before, I was a little twitchy around what to expect. I’ve lost the collagen in my skin & I’m looking a bit too old for my liking. I was tentatively looking around to see what I could do to put my smile back in the right place on my face, it has dropped a bit. The ladies at this clinic were very kind, friendly & just talked me through what they could do, what to expect & what the outcome will be. I chose a fat dissolver for my chin & upper arms. The cost was comparable with other clinics meaning I didn’t have travel costs. The clinic is local to me. Louise, the practitioner, knows her stuff. She has years of experience & again, talked me through the process. She too was kind & friendly! I cannot fault them

Hair transplant - 1-year review I can not fault the Surgery Group at all through the whole process so far. I 1-year post-op and the results are beyond my wildest dreams! I was initially supposed to be having my transplant in Turkey last summer but due to coronavirus, I could not travel last year. I then looked into a transplant in the UK. I had a couple of online consultations with other, better-known companies but luckily for me, I found Matthew and the Surgery Group. The initial thing that drew me to this business was that it was a considerably lower price than other organisations, but after speaking to Matthew it becomes apparent that I wasn’t only getting a lower price, I was also getting a very personal experience in which I felt looked after and cared about. On the day of the surgery, Dr Ismail and his team were very honest and informative about what was going to happen. They drew an initial hairline that I wasn’t happy with so I asked them to modify this and they did. They even took more grafts than they needed to cover the area in order to make the front have a higher density. Throughout the whole process, I felt minimal pain, only for the anaesthetic injections and when hair was taken from the nerve endings. Overall a really professional procedure in which I felt safe, secure and cared for at all times. After the procedure, it was made clear what to do for aftercare and Matthew was available for the days after the procedure and beyond. He has continued to give me great advice over the phone all year, always replying within 10 minutes. For a lower price, I got exactly the same (or better) as I would have got with any better-known clinic in the UK. Nice friendly company. Had 2 face moles removed. Very reasonably priced compared to others. The Dr was reassuring and did the procedure very quickly. Minimal scaring is left behind after 3 months. Would definitely use again and recommend. Thank you.

Dr Khalil is brilliant. He is patient, kind, and humourous - makes the processes and minor discomfort easier to endure. He is also very honest and straight-talking. He does not embellish facts, always making sure that I am informed of the risks and the realistic impact a procedure is going to have. He does not overcharge or push any unnecessary treatments so I trust him when he does recommend something. I live in London and I travel to Bournemouth to have my treatments because I trust only him. 5 Stars for Dr Khalil!
