Each step was explained to me very well, thoroughly and with care and kindness in mind. I felt like I understood what was happening at all times and went home extremely happy with how it went. The aftercare through WhatsApp texts is very good and they contacted me first to ensure I was happy and answer any questions I may have. They actually regularly check up on you as well and are invested in the outcome. It didn't feel forced or like a doctor's visit due to the informality of the WhatsApp texts. Overall I'm very happy with them and would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a transplant.
