I had an amazing experience at this Clinic. All the doctors, nurses and supervisors were very helpful and very professional in what they do. I want to especially thank Serhan for helping me with every single step of the way from giving me advice before the operation, arranging hotel and transportation, to giving me detailed information during the day of the procedure and post-op care. I had FUE treatment. 3400 grafts. I thought the surgery was going to be painful but I did not feel any pain. I highly recommend this clinic for everyone that’s thinking about getting a hair transplant. You will definitely get a great operation for a very good price.

The entire process was very smooth and there were no hidden charges or fees. I have been extremely happy with the service from the beginning. I underwent a hair transplant 15 days ago and I particularly appreciated the professionalism of the entire medical profession of the clinic Promed. I am very happy with the result and I would like to thank Khawla in particular, who knew how to inform me perfectly before coming to Turkey and who was always there to answer all my questions. Khawla is always available even late at the end of the day to respond to the patients she is in charge of. I blindly recommend this clinic!!

(Date of the operation: 19/09/2019) Overall very happy with the experience. I am happy with results so far (1 month after the operation). I totally recommend Dr Resul. I have a few observations regarding the nurses but other than that everything was perfect. I would rate my experience as a 4/5. Below are my reviews regarding the whole process: Things I liked: 1) Fikret was very nice and helpful. 2) Dr Yaman was very good and professional (which is the most important aspect). 3) Dr Yaman brother (responsible for the hair extraction) was also very good and professional. Things I did not like: 1) nurses: some of them were helpful and professional, others were not, see below: a) some of them put their welfare ahead of the patient's, in this case, me, e.g., I was feeling very cold and I asked to control the room temperature twice but they ignored my needs and they had me freezing for many hours until I asked for a blanket. b) One of the nurses was causing me a lot of pain during the anaesthetic, and she was very annoyed when I showed signs of uncomfortableness. At some point, I had to stop her from touching my hair and asked for Fikret to come along. c) Two of the nurses were having a cold, and they were coughing during the operation. d) Most of the nurse staff cannot speak English which makes it hard to communicate. 2) Short power cuts in the building occurred multiple times.
