My mother had lost her right eye in an accident 25 years ago, I did tons of research before and finally decided on Dr Pankaj a talented famous ocularist at Global Prosthetic Eye Centre. During the telephonically consultation I put a lot of questions before him about the treatment as I was not aware of the procedure. I got a really great vibe and feeling about Dr Pankaj immediately, he was very kind and professional, so I booked a time for the consultation. The whole procedure including size and colour matching on the very first day took about 2 hours in total. My mother had a weird feeling though, but Dr Pankaj talked everything in a calming and reassuring way. We were supposed to report him after two days for next procedure, after 4 hours of the painless procedure my mother got her artificial eye fitted. It looked like a natural eye. It was perfectly attached to muscles in the socket to provide eye movement. Cost of the whole procedure was also very less. I am so happy with the end results! It turned out exactly like what we had hoped. My mom feels more comfortable when we take pictures. I also think you can see the difference when you have the before and after pics in front of you. I would definitely recommend Dr Pankaj for a 3D artificial cosmetic eye transplant.

I needed cataract surgery that was affordable. Dr Kumar provided this and so much more. Throughout the experience, I felt as if I was in the hands of a highly professional, caring and skilled surgeon. The surgery was performed under local anaesthesia; not something is usually done in the US. Having now experienced both styles of anaesthesia for this procedure (I had the other eye done in the US years ago with much better health insurance) I can say that two styles of surgery are equally stress-less. The savings factor was large. After calculating all the costs including travel, lodging and meals, I saved over $1000.00. The medical care was excellent and the value is tremendous. The clinic served as a basic office for Dr Kumar. The actual procedure was performed at a nearby speciality hospital (it seem all doctor offices are termed as clinics in India). The facilities are simple but equipped with all that is needed. The staff was very professional and caring. Not all spoke English but arrangements were made prior to my arrival to see that I always had English speaking staff to help me through the process.
