The care I received from Mr. Hari and his team at Nuffield Hospital Shrewsbury has been excellent. I originally booked an appointment due to having one abnormally large tonsil and recurring sore throat, with the NHS saying I didn't meet their criteria for referral to a specialist. From the first consultation through to the eventual tonsillectomy, Mr. Hari was always very friendly in his approach and clear in explaining what the options were He fully involved me in the decision-making process for my care and I never felt under any pressure. On the day of my tonsillectomy, the care and support from Mr. Hari and the team at the Nuffield Hospital were flawless - everyone was friendly and went out of their way to help me. The procedure itself was carried out quickly and without any issues. Mr. Hari came to see me the morning after my surgery and gave me a direct number to contact him in case I had any issues or questions. He also called me on the weekend to check on my progress which was very reassuring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr Hari or the Nuffield Hospital Shrewsbury.

I made an appointment for my mother to have her ear wax removed, my mother is 85 years old and suffers from dementia and Alzheimers and is an extremely nervous person and dislikes all medical professionals. I sent a message to the clinic via their online form and received a call back within minutes of doing so. I made the appointment and brought my mother, who was so upset with me that I brought her. But, Sam Haque, very swiftly and professionally made my mother feel at ease, by talking to her and reassuring her throughout the Micro-Suction procedure. Sam made a short video to show my mother and us the before and after state of my mother's ears and by the end of the session, which was very quick my mother left in such a happy mood, which is a first for any appointment. Sam and the rest of the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you so much for a very, very professional experience. I would definitely recommend to everyone especially if you are nervous about these types of procedures or you care for someone who is vulnerable, nervous and weary of these types of procedures. Took my 3-year daughter to see Mr. Pringle due to her ENT issues as there were no appointments available on the NHS. Mr. Pringle made a quick diagnosis and my daughter is now on a waiting list for an operation.
