I had small pain for the first bit, but after 3 injections of anaesthetic, after 10 minutes the fourth injection and the last one, I did not feel anything, At the time of operation, I did not feel ANYTHING, NOTHING! After stitching, I did not feel any pain, and I could play football, I was so happy. I asked the team joking: Are you doing something there? Because I do not feel anything! They said: we are nearly finished. I said no, it is nice, no pain it is fantastic. When I left I was ready to jump, and dance, with no pain, I am very happy, and I gave them a nice Hug. I had cryotherapy for two prominent skin tags on my neck. The treatment was quick, with only minor stinging from the freezing. The clinic is small, neat and very clean. The receptionist and nurse were delightful. Although the treatment seemed expensive, it was worth it to me, and I would trust that it is fairly costed out given overheads, salaries, equipment, and rental. This type of treatment is no longer done on the NHS by one’s GP, and this clinic was easy for me to get to.

We have used Crystal Hearing for several years now for their ear wax removal service. We have found them to be both friendly and professional.
