Brian Holohan is a fully accredited Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Supervisor with the Irish Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy. He holds as BA (Hons) Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Master's Degree in Sexuality Studies, a Diploma in Addiction Psychology and a Diploma in Counsellor Supervision.    In 2013 he set up 2gether Counselling & Psychotherapy Services and is currently working with adults and couples online covering but not limited to such issues as: anger, anxiety, bereavement & loss, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, sexuality and suicidal ideation.  Brian has over six years experience in working therapeutically online and currently all One-to-One Adult and Couples Counselling sessions take place online via a secure video platform.

I provide Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to adults and children. My area of expertise is in anxiety and mood disorders. My focus is on brief CBT to manage anxiety and mood issues. I am a Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist providing one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy for adults. An accredited member of IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy) I worked as a counsellor with the Living Life Centre-a registered charity providing affordable counselling in the Dublin South area-for 4 years before starting working in private practice.  I also have experience working as part of a multi-disciplinary team for people suffering with a psychiatric illness.
