I am so pleased with my watercolour tattoo from Graham, it is absolutely perfect and far exceeds what I thought possible. I chose this clinic as I wanted someone who specialises in watercolour tattoos as I wanted specific colours. Graham was so patient and kind on my first consultation and I left there feeling full of hope. When he contacted me nearer my tattoo date with a picture of the tattoo he had designed I was honestly blown away and didn't think it was possible. On the day of my tattoo, he was so considerate and professional I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Graham constantly checked I was ok and explained exactly what he was doing at each stage. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the finished tattoo and can't recommend him enough. I am so proud of my tattoo and have had so many compliments, I am so happy with my whole experience.

First impressions aren’t good, but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover. Receptionist for the collective group of clinics wasn’t exactly welcoming. She was sitting in her coat and needed to finish her text messages before acknowledging my presence. However, the actual clinic was quite simply excellent. After an initial consultation, and diagnosis, you are seen by another member of the team to discuss the cost of the treatment required. Considering that my own GP didn’t take things as seriously as they should of, I was offered an immediate removal of a cyst that looked ‘suspicious’ 30 minutes later I was on my way home, cyst removed and though there’s a wait to see if it’s cancerous, it know I’ve now got a fighting chance having had it removed quickly. The Dr was great - honest as you’d expected and very skilled at the removal. Yes, it cost money to do so quickly, but the earliest NHS appointment would have bet October.

The reception was lovely. Great COVID questionnaire and a temperature check on arrival. Dr Morgan was friendly, professional, gave me some information on the treatment and interaction with my meds. Was very good. All great first impressions.

I had a cyst removed from my head, I chose clinical medica because I couldn't get this surgery on the NHS. I felt they offered very good value for money and this will now be my number 1 port of call if I develop any more cysts. From the receptionists to my first meeting with Dr Awfa Paulina I was made to feel welcome and relaxed, like a part of the family. Dr Awfa genuinely cares about his patients well being and made sure I knew exactly what the surgery would entail and how the procedure would be executed.

I suffered for 6 years with an itchy scalp with nothing externally visible...I had been to the doctors, dermatologists countless times over this 6 year period. The itching drove me crazy to the point at which I was using a wire brush for relief. I needed answers. My wife found Shuna after researching trichologists and made an appointment. Shuna found a solution to my problem that I can now manage. This amazing lady took the time to listen and investigate and use her vast depth of expertise to help me .....within just one month of her help I had relief. Went for an initial consultation. Great experience, patient and listened. Gave a good overall explanation about skin, best treatments, and regimes. Gave me samples to use at home. I am going back soon!

A pleasent experience and all of the team were very pleasent and welcoming and couldn't do any more. The experience is great and cannot wait to see you again for another treatment before the derma is broken down permanently. They are very experienced in all types of issues so I cannot recommend them enough.
