Easy, quick, competent and personable. I had an exam, an ultrasonic cleaning and had a damaged filling replaced. I sent an email on Monday, they called me within an hour and set an appointment for the next afternoon. It was an easy walk from the border crossing. Great experience.

To anyone thinking of getting their teeth done just book your plane ticket and leave the rest up to these guys. They made me very welcome reassured me all the way, the whole team was brilliant. My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

I have been going to the dentist since I was 8 because of pneumonia at 5 when I was treated with an antibiotic. It damaged my permanent teeth. I explained to Melisa that my mouth has PTSD. I have been to dentists in 9 countries, including Thailand. No one compares to the excellence of Melisa Meneses. Her needles are high gauge. Her chair is comfortable enough to make love in. Her English is good. She is brilliant AND gorgeous. Her work was carried out swiftly over a few days. 5 zirconium crowns, 1 bridge, 2 cavities. Extraordinary. Her English-speaking front desk woman is first-class and constantly helpful. Her assistant is totally attentive. She takes debit cards.

They were all great and I really like because they spoke English and they explained everything and answered all my questions. They told me upfront how much it was costing and they broke each thing done.

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

In 2018 I received full mouth upper and lower dental implants by Dr Shah at Dental serenity. I had no problem with my implants they were wonderful. This year I had an accident and my upper implants were affected. I immediately contacted Dr Shah at Dental serenity and was on my way to India. Due to a flight cancellation, I did not get into India until 3:00 a.m. Sunday morning November 6th at 10:00 a.m. on that same Sunday I was in the chair and she was working on me. I had Zygomatic implants put in my upper jaw. November 13th I was flying home to the USA with all brand new upper and lower and spent less than $10,000 on the entire trip. I am very thankful that Dr Shah and dental Serenity was there for me as I could never afford this treatment in the USA. I recommend Dr Shah to anyone needing quality implants of any kind. Thank you Dr Shah for not only saving me one time but fixing what could have been a disaster and a very expensive situation and for working on a Sunday morning. I now have a friend who is a dentist and a dentist who is a friend they are truly great people and I thank them for being there.
