I had a tooth extraction yesterday 12.Nov.20 in the Clinic.Using the opportunity to say how thankful I am to have done all quickly, efficiently, professionally without any pain by D-r Nadia Raichev! Thank you Doctor for accommodating me in your busy agenda. Thank you for your all explanations, comfort, and reassurance during the procedure. Thank you to the whole team involved ( Dr Neli Garbelova and Svetlana from Reception) in my assessment and time spent with me during my 2 visits to Cherry clinic. Clinic that I shall always recommend and use for my family.

Pearl Dental Clinic gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I usually avoid going to the dentist but not anymore! I was in severe pain with a tooth infection and my filling was compressing a nerve - I managed to get an appointment straight away on a Sunday! The reception team were friendly and welcoming and helped me to relax before seeing the dentist. Dr Wasi Haider was so caring, he explained the whole process before carrying out treatment. Unfortunately, my tooth was complex and I was still in pain so he saw me again that evening at 10 pm when he should have been going home and then fitted me in the following day for a tooth extraction! I will no longer avoid going for dental checkups and will continue visiting the clinic! It was excellent value for money and although more expensive than NHS treatment you definitely get what you pay for and it is worth it for the whole experience they provide from the minute you walk into the clinic, to the dental treatment and the aftercare they give. Other people must feel the same as the waiting room was always full of people wanting the same excellent service they gave me.

I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The management of the clinic and all the wonderful Staff. There are no right words that could describe the satisfaction of a well-coordinated wonderful human and super professional team! I wish you prosperity and gorgeous happy patients!!!!

The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery

I had such a great experience. I got a wisdom tooth extracted and the dentist was brilliant - he explained everything as we went along and before I knew it, the tooth was out! Will come again
