I came into SmileKind for a dental extraction, having waited a year on the Poole Hospital waiting list. I was nervous (of course!) but the lovely Hungarian receptionist was immediately welcoming. Then Sarah took me in - what a warm, kind and empathetic person she is. She explained what the procedure entailed and by the time Sami came in, I was much more relaxed. Sami too was delightful and totally reassuring. I knew I was in good hands and indeed, the procedure was over miraculously quickly and almost painless. He explained what I could expect in the following couple of days and Sarah gave me a very comprehensive sheet of instructions to take away. The next day, as promised, I was phoned to check if I was okay. I was! This practice is truly exceptional in its professionalism, expertise and compassion. I wish them all well. I have been visiting Ed at Gentle Dentristry for a few months. He has, very patiently, replaced all my 40+ year old crowns, bridged over my broken and missing teeth and left me with a fantastic smile - the like of which I haven’t had for 40 years! I’m absolutely delighted! I can’t praise the staff there highly enough. From the smiling receptionist to the dental nurses. Everyone cares about your visit. I can highly recommend them!
