I have been to see numerous dentists over the past 2 years as I felt extremely underconfident and wanted to feel better in myself, all I got offered however was a denture which constantly caused discomfort and did not fit correctly. I didn't feel as if the dentists I had been to see had my best interests at heart and I was constantly experiencing problems. This has had a detrimental effect on my self-esteem and I felt at rock bottom until Dr Sabri agreed to help me. He offered me several different treatment options and I decided to go ahead with the bridgework on my upper jaw. The team at Novusklinik made me feel at ease and I have been today to have my bridgework fitted and I cannot begin to explain how ecstatic I am with the work and how much of a difference it has made to my life. We had a really good experience in this clinic. I would highly recommend the treatment. We had booked teeth whitening and when we arrived x-rays were taken then a thorough session with the dentist / this also included a full hygienist session then after all of that the teeth whitening. The treatment was amazing I really loved the results on my teeth they were broken and on an incline before but after they made them straight and fixed I am so happy with the results as they have fixed my smile also. the staff was so helpful and spoke English so there was no miscommunication and they made my teeth just as I had asked. Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.
