Bone Graft Antalya

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

Due to an additional member of my family attending at the last minute, we couldn’t stay at the planned hotel but Honor was a saint and sorted it all out for us and we were placed at a lovely hotel. As promised a taxi was awaiting our arrival and took us straight to A-dent where I was greeted by Honor himself and a lovely team. Honor talked me through every stage and then guided me as we proceeded with the scans. I met my surgeon who firstly looked at the scans then asked to take a look at my mouth. It was all very professional and very courteous. The surgeon was very honest and said that it was a lot of work but I could have the procedure, so I was booked in at 5pm the next day for surgery. On the 02.03.24 at 3 pm we were picked up by the transfer taxi and taken to the clinic where a further scan was taken and then Honor talked me through the whole process, and what type of plate was recommended due to my bone loss. After this, we were taken to the staff room where were given food to eat and we all sat and had a very relaxed time. 5pm I was greeted by my surgeon and sat in the chair. I was given time to say my goodbyes to my children and then it was all go. All the equipment needed was sterile and taken out of sealed packets, and when ready the surgeon made a start. First he applied an anaesthetic spray to numb the gum, and that worked in seconds, then after a minute or so I was injected loads to ensure I would not feel a thing. My surgeon was quick working with this and I was numb from the bridge of my nose to the top of my mouth. 3 teeth taken out, 2 sinus lifts, 6 implants later and all stitched up the first half was complete. That was the hard part done. We had a short break, and then round 2, the lower jaw. This was easier as I had 10 teeth on the bottom, but I was still injected loads to make sure that I had no pain, then 10 teeth taken out, 6 implants placed and stitched up I was finished. It was a lot of work, but I honestly didn’t feel a thing other than a lot of jaw ache but this is due to having my mouth open for 3 hours and also the pressure that is applied when they make the placements for the implants. My surgeon was amazing and had clearly done this procedure many times so I felt very reassured all the time. I had a further scan and then given a prescription for 5 items, and on the way back to the hotel, the taxi stopped at a pharmacy for me to pick up the meds and then to the hotel where I had a telephone conversation with Honor who advised how to take the meds. 3 days after surgery I was very swollen and I had some serious bruising but pain wise I had nothing more than a little bit of dental ache which you get from having 1 tooth out, it amazed me. 10am on the 5.3.24 I was picked up and taken to to clinic for a check up and was told everything looked well and the healing was already happening which was a great relief, then Honor showed me the last scan where I could see all 12 implants. I was so happy they had managed to achieve this. I now have to allow 5 months minimum for all the bone grafts to take and harden, which for me means no teeth at all, but if this is advised to reduce the failure ratio due to the lack of upper jaw bone then I’m ok with that. I chose A-dent from what clinic because of all the positive reviews and I promise I was not disappointed. The clinic itself was immaculate. The floor was so clean you could eat off it, all the equipment was sterile and clean, it was brilliant and the staff there were so polite and guided you with everything, but Honor, well he is just a diamond guy and will do anything and everything to support, guide and reassure you through everything. You also get a “implant passport” which gives all the information on what type of implant you have and where it is placed and all covered by a lifetime guarantee. I now know that if I need any treatment in the future A-dent is where I will be going and I think my children will too. Absolutely first class!

After six months I returned to have the procedure completed at Perla Dental Clinic In Antalya. And quess what? What an excellent job they did. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got a full mouth of beautiful zirconia set of teeth. Perfect smile, bite and a lot of confidence that I never thought I would ever have again in life. Words are not enough to describe how I feel. Many thanks from the heart to Dr. OZAN ALTUNTAS and Dr.RAMAZAN DERVIS. In my forties, I experienced several painful dental abscess infections that resulted in some unsuccessful root canal treatments and three extractions. Additionally, I had broken and chipped teeth, which led to the ability to eat only on the right side of my mouth. I was anxious about the crown on my right side failing in the future. I concluded that I needed intensive dental intervention to avoid further decline and considered three options: Treatment in the UK Treatment in Budapest, where my aunt had received treatment in 2013 Treatment at Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic, where my brother-in-law received treatment in 2023 UK prices were prohibitively expensive, and the scope of treatment available on the NHS was limited. So, I began consultations with Budapest and Özgür Yıldırım. Dental images were sent to both clinics, and both estimated that I needed 2 dental implants and 26 crowns, with the final diagnosis to be confirmed by X-ray. Due to the excellent communication and the outstanding work my brother-in-law had received in Turkey, I opted for the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic. Cost, although not the main factor, was also more competitive in Turkey. It's worth noting that the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic does not include accommodation or flights, which, in my view, makes their pricing structure more transparent. Before my visit, I had some trepidation due to the mixed reviews I had read in the British media about Turkish dental treatment. However, my concerns were soon allayed on my first visit to the clinic. The state-of-the-art surgery and the professionalism of the team and Dr Özgür Yıldırım assured me that I was in safe hands. My initial X-ray showed that I didn't need any further work, and treatment started. My four-stage treatment was as follows: - Preparation for 26 Zirconium Crowns - Surgery for two Straumann BLX dental implants* - Temporary caps for crowns - Permanent installation of crowns *A return visit needs to be scheduled to fit the implant to the two crowns three months or more after the initial treatment. During my week of treatment, I only experienced discomfort and no pain. The professionalism and expertise of Dr. Özgür Yıldırım far exceeded any dental treatment I have received in the UK, and communication from his customer services professional, Tulay, was first-class. As an added bonus, I was able to swim in the sea for six out of seven days and enjoy the Turkish sun. The final results are incredible. I now have natural-looking healthy teeth and can eat with confidence on both sides of my mouth. From start to finish, my experience with the Özgür Yıldırım Aesthetic Dental Clinic has been outstanding. My only regret is that I didn't receive treatment from them 10 years ago.

The clinic was spotless. Lovely staff who put my mind at ease. I actually didn't realise that my procedure had been all done as all I felt was a little discomfort, I had all my own teeth removed a bone graft, two sinus lifts, also a cyst that was found on the X-ray that had to be cut out and treated, and the all on six implants on my top jaw and six implants on the bottom. Temporary teeth are fine but I can't wait to go back for my proper ones. I'm so excited.

After speaking with Dr Ece on the phone before I decided to go with Orto-dent for my treatment, I just knew they were the perfect dentists for me. She was so reassuring from day one before I arrived in Antalya. The communication I received prior to treatment was excellent and this relieved any anxiety I had about going to Turkey to have surgery. They did not just want to rip out my teeth or file them all down to points like most clinics recommended when I was searching the hundreds of clinics out there! They cared about the healthy teeth and found solutions for the others at a great price. I had 2 extractions, 4 implants placed, 15 emax veneers and 8 zirconia crowns at the back. Dr Ece and Dr Bugra are specialists within their fields, there literally is no problem too big for them. I must have been one of the most complicated patients ever with my cross-bite, awkward extraction (which even my NHS dentist would not attempt!) 2 infected teeth, the need for a bone graft, 2 dead teeth at the front of my smile from a previous accident and me wanting to get my new teeth lengthened so they showed more when I smiled. Well....nothing was too much trouble and they had a solution for everything. I was made to feel so incredibly welcome on my arrival and they genuinely care about you....really treat you like you have been their patient for years. Despite the fact that going to the dentist has never been a pleasant experience for me previously, I actually looked forward to the days when I was booked in for an appointment. This was purely down to the friendliness of the staff and I trusted that I was in the best possible hands. I am totally in love with my new smile and Dt. Ece and Dt.Bugra have given me my confidence back....which is life changing. They have surpassed all expectations of what I thought was possible with my old teeth. The only thing that makes me sad is that I cannot take them back to the UK with me to be my regular dentists. I cannot recommend Orto-dent enough and I loved the fact that it is a 3rd generation family dentist who have been there since 1985 so I can trust they will always be there when I want to go back to perform routine check-ups in the future. My decision was inevitable, they took out all my teeth, put in 16 implants, I'm extremely happy, and finally, they put in new teeth. As a treatment, it went extremely well because my doctor is an extremely attentive, noble person and the organisation that has been made is very Lean organisation, everyone knows what they do and everyone knows what their duties are The client feels like a prince. Andepol was amazing every step of the way. Even when I was just talking with them while planning the trip, they were clear about what needed to be done. Pointed out the problems I had, and explained what needed to be done, with great detail, and went through every potential scenario with me. They gave me information about my case the other clinics either didn’t spot, neglected to give, or intentionally left out to trick me into going with them. I felt respected and cared for every step of the way.

I found the dentist online and all communication was done via whatsapp. Very good communication and a very friendly coordinator. From start to finish they guided me through the process of getting me a Hollywood smile that I always wanted. From the start, communication, the cost, transfers, hotel was all planned by the coordinator was made simple and all went smoothly and always greeted with professional advice and happy smiles. The dentist herself and her team were the best always making sure you was comfortable and at ease on all stages of the work undertaken, making sure you was happy with each stage of the procedure from start to finish. I was so happy with the shape and colour of my new teeth and recommended many of my friends to come and have their teeth done by this company The dentist and team and great coordinator who made me a great smile. I now smile lots more and love showing off my new teeth and get many many people to say I have the most amazing teeth and I have to tell them they are not mine but had them done by this amazing team.

I had my teeth whitened and 6 composite bonding. I am very happy with the results, the staff are very friendly and Dr Burak was excellent throughout my treatment.

This clinic has changed my smile completely. I am over the moon and highly recommend them. Travelled to uncali clinic in Antalya for 24 zirconium crowns, I was nervous and apprehensive about travelling abroad for such extensive work on my teeth, I need not have worried, the clinic and staff were first class, so friendly and welcoming, they cannot do enough for you. I was picked up from the airport and transported to my hotel which was lovely, 5 mins walk to the beach, also the lovely staff. I was picked up for all my treatment to and from the clinic. Although the procedure was intense as I had a lot of teeth done, it is painless and you are offered pain relief should you need it. I am so so happy that I went ahead and did this, my teeth are actually amazing and I have a smile to die for. Thank you so much to Uncalı for my beautiful smile.. love to you all.
