Dr. "Toto" and assistant "mel" were incredible. I had stained front teeth mostly in cracks between teeth which had bothered me as they showed if I smiled big....but they removed all and did great thorough and gentle cleaning......very reasonable cost, and super high value / service / results. Dr. also helped by inserting two fillings, which I had never known this technique before....there were gaps and concave opening on two teeth near gum line, which would catch food, and be hard to clean....but he "filled" them with "former" (think some kind of sealant that hardens), and did it in the same appt, so I didn't need to come back... Those cost more, but still very reasonable compared to the cost in USA (Where I'm from). Friendly, clean, and comfortable office, located just a couple minutes walk from Sumulong ave (bonifacio extension), and just a genuine joy to have been a patient there. Can't say enough positive things, will DEFINITELY be going back and also referring friends, etc....thank you Dr. Toto and Mel, God bless.

My partner had fillings done here and I went to them to have my dentures changed. We were vacationing in the Philippines at the time, so it was convenient to visit Smile City. I don’t recall seeing an online price, but they gave us the cost after the procedure. I got a call from them when the dentures were ready to be fitted, but there were no follow-ups other than this. The staff were helpful and friendly.

One afternoon in 2017, I was in deep depression and Sobrang demotivated. I have no will to try new things. I was having a quarter-life crisis, nothing was panning out of my plan, and in the middle of my mental dilemma, my tooth was aching so bad I couldn't sleep. I was frustrated because I am losing my teeth one by one. No confidence. Nothing. I was on the floor with tears in my eyes when I decided enough is enough. If I have to have all my teeth extracted and have to wear full dentures so be it but I just couldn't handle it anymore. The lack of sleep. The pain when eating or drinking. I cursed the sun and the moon. I said my prayers. Enough I said. I googled dentist near my area. Mind you I have been to numerous dentists before, as surprising it is for someone who has bad teeth. I had enough of the dentist close to me who doesn't care. Dr Lim's clinic pop on the first-page result. I did not read the review I saw the number and immediately called him. His warm voice assured me for the first time. I told him my tooth is aching so bad and I don't know what to do and I have this awful front denture that I've been wearing for the past 9 years. I told him I am from a poor family and dental hygiene is not part of our monthly budget growing up and I was working in the Corp world, I feel ashamed of my overall appearance - that even if I think I can get promoted I refused to move forward because I have no confidence. He said he understands and indeed he did. He not only helped me fixed my aching tooth but also made me a new set of front dentures. From a depressed girl who is having a quarter-life crisis to a social media of smiling photos with full-on confidence to conquer the world. Doc Lim thinks he changed my smile but he changed my life. Fast forward to 2021, because of my newfound confidence years back after our first appointment I got great jobs enough for me to saved up for my new set of front permanent porcelain bridges. They are called wisdom teeth because they emerge at a more mature age, either in your late teens or early twenties. Most adults have four wisdom teeth, one in each of the four quadrants. What is tooth extraction? Dental extraction, commonly referred to as tooth extraction, is the removal of teeth from the tooth socket. It is the treatment of choice when the tooth is already beyond repair and is infected or when the tooth is extremely mobile due to periodontal disease. Tooth extraction is also known as an uncomplicated extraction.This is performed on teeth that are clinically visible in the oral cavity. The procedure starts with the administration of local anesthesia.Upon numbing of the tooth and surrounding structures, the gums are detached from the tooth using a hand instrument called a gum separator. This is to facilitate the access of the next set of hand instruments called elevators. It is a common misconception that when dentists extract the tooth, they pull it out forcefully; however, this is not the case. Dentists use elevators to raise and wiggle the tooth out of the socket using small, controlled movements. When the tooth is already mobile in the socket, the tooth is picked up using the forceps. Slight pressure is then applied to the socket to stop the bleeding usually by biting on a small piece of gauze for 30 minutes. To ensure proper healing after the extraction, it is also advisable to rest for at least 24 hours, therefore avoiding any strenuous activities. Sucking, such as using a straw or puffing a cigarette, should be avoided because the negative pressure can stimulate bleeding.
