A fantastic job for a reasonable price

4.5 50 Dental Implants, CEREC Dental Restorations

I recently finished my implant crown. Doctor Espinosa was great, especially because the work I had done in the Phoenix area was not good. The implant was put in crooked and in too far. Dr. Espinosa had to customize my abutment to secure the crown making it straight. Dr. Luna was great with color, and my color was tough to duplicate. The tooth looks real.
After spending too much for a half ass job in Phoenix, Dental Perigroup did a fantastic job for a reasonable price.

I choose this clinic because of Dr. Espinosa's qualifications. He is a Master of Implantology. I also had some additional restoration work while going. A couple of my old metal fillings needed updating to cerac crowns. Pricing on these were good as well. They were able to do my work in house and most same day. The implant however took a few trips done to Mexico.

Cheers to Dentalperiogroup

4.6 50 Dental Crowns, Dental Implants, Teeth Cleaning, Extractions, Dental Bridges • Paid: $2000

Crown work, implants, cleaning and more of the same and extraction and bridge work in the future.

Although I have a considerable amount of work left to do, yes, I have been very happy with both the service and the cost thus far. I drive 150 miles R/T pretty much every other week and it is worth the trip. The staff is wonderful, my appointments have been long but timely. Even though I don't speak a word of Spanish, when the doctors confer (in Spanish) I feel like they are considering all options with the bottom line being what is best for me. Speaking of cost, it will cost me less than 1/2 of what I would have paid in the States. Cheers to Dentalperiogroup!!!

thank you CAROLYN.. YOUR ALWAYS WELCOME!

It is outstanding

5 50 Root Canals • Paid: $30

This is simply the very best experience. From being greeted, to the quality of the dental work, it is outstanding. Everything is explained in detail and questions are encouraged. I felt part of the process. I was recommended by a friend of a friend and now my wife also goes as well as other friends. We have always been 100% happy and even when a crown came unstuck and broke because I was chewing something I shouldn't, it was replaced for free. It is located about 200 yards from the border crossing and is on the main street.

Thank you very much... We are glad to have you as a patient!

Bone Graft

It all depends on the area where the patient have lost bone, but they are many different techniques to do bone graft, for an example sinus lift procedures, (the patient have lost most of the bone of one of the sides of upper jaw), bone block graft (the patient have lost most of the bone on any place of his mouth, but the sinus), after the right bone graft procedure, we should be able to place implants on any area of the mouth.

Dental Crowns

Dental Crowns - Dentalperiogroup
Guaranteed for 5 years. There are several reasons why one might want to have a tooth crowned. One common indication is where there is substantial tooth missing, either from an accident or from decay. A cap has the ability to hold a weak tooth together so that it can withstand the constant work of chewing. Where remaining tooth is weak, cracked, or just unable to hold a filling, a cap may be indicated.Similarly, when teeth have had root canals they become weaker and more brittle. If they are at risk for fracturing, they should be strengthened with a crown. This can happen when there are large fillings or fractured areas on the root canal tooth. There are some teeth that should always be crowned after a root canal, even if there are not large fillings present. These are molars with multiple roots, where the tooth after finished root canal will be thin between the roots and susceptible to cracking in half.

Our Implants treatment includes the  implant placement , temporary crown, final crown, core, buildups & abutments.

A dental implant is an artificial tooth root that a periodontist places into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge. Dental implants are an ideal option for people in good general oral health who have lost a tooth or teeth due to periodontal disease, an injury, or some other reason. While high-tech in nature, dental implants are actually more tooth-saving than traditional bridgework, since implants do not rely on neighboring teeth for support. Dental implants are so natural-looking and feeling, you may forget you ever lost a tooth. You know that your confidence about your teeth affects how you feel about yourself, both personally and professionally. Perhaps you hide your smile because of spaces from missing teeth. Maybe your dentures dont feel secure. Perhaps you have difficulty chewing. If you are missing one or more teeth and would like to smile, speak and eat again with comfort and confidence, there is good news! Dental implants are teeth that can look and feel just like your own! Under proper conditions, such as placement by a periodontist and diligent patient maintenance, implants can last a lifetime. Long-term studies continue to show improving success rates for implants. What Dental Implants Can Do?Replace one or more teeth without affecting bordering teeth. Support a bridge and eliminate the need for a removable partial denture. Provide support for a denture, making it more secure and comfortable.

Wisdom Tooth Extraction

Before removing a wisdom tooth, your dentist will give you a local anesthetic to numb the area where the tooth will be removed. To remove the wisdom tooth, your dentist will open up the gum tissue over the tooth and take out any bone that is covering the tooth. He will separate the tissue connecting the tooth to the bone and then remove the tooth. Sometimes we need to cut tooth into smaller pieces to make it easier to remove. After the tooth is removed, you may need stitches. Some stitches dissolve over time and some have to be removed after a few days. Dr. Espinoza will tell you whether your stitches need to be removed. A folded cotton gauze pad placed over the wound will help stop the bleeding.

Since when have not been to the dentist?
THE MOUTH BODY CONECCTION
American Academy of Periodontology launched an effort to educate the public about new findings which support what dental professionals had long suspected: Infections in the mouth can play havoc elsewhere in the body. For a long time it was thought that bacteria was the factor that linked periodontal disease to other infections in the body, however, new research demonstrates that inflammation may link periodontal disease to other chronic conditions.
Research has shown, and experts agree, that there is an association between periodontal diseases and other chronic inflammatory conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease and Alzheimer’s disease. Therefore, treating inflammation may not only help manage periodontal diseases but may also help with the management of other chronic inflammatory conditions.
When an inflammatory condition is suspected or diagnosed, it is important to consult with both a general physician and a dental health professional, such as periodontics. Sometimes the only way to detect periodontal diseases is through a periodontal evaluation. A periodontal evaluation may be especially important if you:
Have a high risk for periodontal diseases. Take the AAP risk assessment test.
Have heart disease, diabetes, respiratory disease or osteoporosis, or are thinking of becoming pregnant.
Have a family member with periodontal disease. Research suggests that the bacteria that cause periodontal disease can pass through saliva. This means the common contact of saliva in families puts children and couples at risk for contracting the periodontal disease of another family member.
Have a sore or irritation in your mouth that does not get better within two weeks.
Gum Disease and Diabetes; People with diabetes are more likely to have periodontal disease than people without diabetes, probably because diabetics are more susceptible to contracting in

To make room for the bone, the sinus membrane has to be moved upward, or "lifted.Your implants will be placed four to nine months later, when grafted material to heal with your bone. Veneers

Veneers are wafer thin lamintates or shells of tooth coloured material (which can be either porcelain, ceramic or composite bonding material) that are “cemented” to the front surface of teeth to improve their cosmetic appearance. Many dentists use the analogy that dental veneers are for your teeth what false finger nails are for your hands. In a similar manner to how false finger nails are placed or glued to your existing fingernails, veneers are bonded to the front of your existing teeth.
