I had 2 root canals and 2 crowns they did a great job. 2 teeth were pulled with no pain. Again did a great job. So glad I chose CARE Smile Center. They were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Planning another trip to finish the rest of the work needed on my teeth.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The work was excellent.

I completed my treatment today, Feb 26, 2022. Dr Mayra Jimenez was genuinely a nice human being and her work is superb. Her entire staff made this a good experience, which went smoothly. If you are considering going to Mexico for dental work, then Dr. Juan Carlos Martinez Martinez is your best choice. He asked me to send photos of the work I needed to be done via email. The doctor got back to me the same day and gave two scenarios: The most it could cost for the best material to do the job; then the lowest it could cost for the job, still using the best material. There are no hidden charges or surprises when the doctor gives you the time and estimate it will take. Nos vemos a su officina.

This was my first trip to Mexico for dental work. I was a little apprehensive not knowing the procedures of crossing the border. Turns out it was really easy, drive to the border, turn right into parking lot on Texas side. $2 to park and another $1 fee to walk into Mexico (.30 cents for return) Dentist office was a short walk away. Upon my initial exam, I was asked why I wanted a root canal when a filling would suffice the problem.....at the advise of my tech. I choose the $60 filling over the root canal, post, crown route my local dentist advised... The procedure went well with no issues. Very happy with the services received. All the staff and doctors were kind. They did everything they could to work with my tight schedule and made sure my new crown was a really good fit.

Dr. Kim takes the time to explain and show what is needed and how he would like to do each procedure. Would I recommend Dr. Kim. Yes, no problem. My mouth feels good. His hours are good and he is a smart person. Interesting to hear a person from Korea go from speaking to his assistants then switching to English speaking to me with a Korean accent. Would I go back? Yes without a question.

I went to this clinic to have my teeth cleaned. Originally I wanted a tooth filled, but it was too far gone to save it. Having this work done was definitely worth the money. I paid about half or a third of the price it would have cost me in Canada. I’m very happy with the service and results. The clinic was fairly good. I’m back in Canada now, but I’ll definitely consider having treatment with Ideal Dental again. It’s difficult to say what the best part of a dentist visit is (I mean, you’re essentially paying someone for pain). However, the staff were great. Everyone was so happy and friendly. The technician who spoke English well, translated for me when I didn’t understand. It’s kind of a community clinic that's a fairly long taxi ride from any of the main centres in Mexico. I thought they were three blocks from the main centre, but they were actually miles away.
