I am 71yrs old and had lost a bridge, one front tooth that was broken and missing also missing molar. I had a consultation with Dr Espinoza over zoom and made an appointment. The in-person meeting gave us a treatment plan that was decided to do all on 6 full mouth implants. The surgery went great, I have had no pain, just typical swelling and bruising which dissipated within 10 days. It's been 5 1/2 weeks since surgery, gums are healing great, upper sutures basically dissolved the lower gums a little longer. Dr Espinoza was a little concerned about some bone density and the ability of the bone to solidly adhere to the implants so he's going to scan after 3 months to see how they are progressing. Had bone grafts done also. This procedure is more than half of US prices, I couldn't afford it otherwise, the work needed to be done. The staff is very helpful and polite you can't go wrong with Perfect Smile. I am still a work in progress and will update you on progress.

Alex met me at the front desk and I quickly found out that he organizes everything. Dr. Josua immediately took me into his office and did a careful consultation. In the 3 days I had left in Algodones, he did a major amount of work including dental surgery with 2 implants with sinus lifts. He was gentle, and kind, and made me feel like I could trust him. I found out later that he is not only a great dentist but a professor at 3 universities teaching dentistry. He is probably the most qualified dentist in Algodones. And yet very non-assuming. And when we were ready to leave, we needed a ride to the other side of the border to meet our transportation to Yuma. Marcela Tracey, the owner of Tracey’s Dental offered to drive us not only to the border, but she drove us through customs and to the other side making it so much easier for us with our luggage. She and her daughter are very kind and accommodating. Several days later I had developed an infection on the side where the implants were. I contacted Marcela and she immediately conferred with Dr Josua and advised me exactly what I needed to do. I followed their advice and everything cleared up. I know that they care about me. Not just my business. And that means everything. This is very rare no matter what country you are in. If you are looking for a dental office that is fair in its pricing, qualified and has caring staff I would recommend Tracey’s Dental.
