I would give Premier Dental a 10 Star. I love the whole team. They have done a great job for me. I have a cosmetic and root canal in Jaco and I’m completely satisfied.

Dr. Urzola is the kindest, caring, detailed dentist I have ever seen. I researched dentists for over two years. I needed extensive work. He saved me thousands and didn't charge me when I had to go back because I broke one of my bridges. His work is excellent. He is never in a hurry and listens, really listens.

I have been a repeat visitor to this exceptional dental clinic since 2016. Several visits. Zero complaints. This team has mastered the art of serving the customer. And that's rare to find in the dental industry. A big thank you to Dr. Cesar, Francisco, Dr Andrea, Geovanna, Sergio, and the entire team!

I had a wonderful experience at Clear Choice Costa Rica. I worked through Gabriel and he was so patient, helpful, and kind. He handled booking my room, getting me through the airport, to and from the airport, to and from the appointments. It’s not easy to have full extractions and implants but they make the process as easy as possible. I will return in 6 weeks for my permanents. (6 months after the temporaries) I would recommend using them if you’re considering implants.

I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

I went to their clinic in early February. They did a great job an no editing around like most dental clinics. I ended getting a dry sicket which messed my schedule up but they went out of their way to get me back and going. The work was excellent and I highly recommend them. They are professional and accommodating.
