Richard’s dental career began when he joined the Dental Branch of the Royal Australian Airforce in 1976. This team-based dentistry environment focused on quality and strongly encouraged knowledge and skills development offering opportunity for further training and mentoring. The last years of his RAAF career Richard was the Senior RAAF Dental Technician, responsible for the skill and career development of all AirForce dental technicians.

Katherine has an extensive knowledge of the health care industry. She is indispensable to the smooth operation of the practice and brings many talents to her role as practice manager. Prior to joining Richard in opening the practice, Katherine’s area of work was mainly in the area of Community Based Aged Care.
