Ma. Klint Ndreu has a bachelors degree in Administration and Policy management and a masters degree in business administration and development. Since 2019 he has conducted multiple research based studies and projects in collaboration with public institutions such as Municipality of Tirana, Ministry of Youth and Social Wellbeing, and private organizations as World University Service - Hessen, MEDPAK, AADRF, etc. Since 2022 he is the personal assistant of the technical director of the clinic, and in the same time patient coordinator who takes care of the patients from the initial phases of the dental treatment and follows up in the post-treatment period as well. He will be the point of reference with the inquiries and coordination matters. 

Dr. Mentor Zeqja is the technical director of the Dental Med Austria clinic, founder and also the technical director of the laboratory of the clinic. He founded Dental Med Austria in 2009 in Tirana, Albania, and since then the clinic has had major successes in the dental industry, locally, regionally and even worldwide recognition. 

He finished his bachelor's studies in 1995 in General Dentistry at Wien University in Vienna, Austria, and has had a doctorate in Laboratory Production since 2005. As the technical director of the clinic he has achieved many professional awards and recently in the last two years the Business Trend Award for 2022-2023 back-to-back years. 

Dr. Alessio Osmani is one of the very top talented oral surgeons in Albania, with around 10 years of experience in implantology interventions with dental implant treatment, sinus lift, membrane reconstruction, and bone reconstruction. He has a bachelor's degree in Stomatology from the University of Tirana and a doctorate since 2014 in oral surgery, with specialization in Milan, Italy. He has performed more than 3000 dental implants with extraordinary results. 

One of the top doctors of our clinic, with a background in periodontics, endodontics and aesthetic dental treatments for crowns and veneers, as well as regenerative dentistry. Dr Blerina Stringa finished her bachelor's degree in Stomatology in 2014 at the University of Tirana and has around 10 years of experience with numerous cases of excellent results. 

Dr Anila is one of the very best top-quality professionals we have in our clinic, with outstanding results in smile restoration and aesthetic dental treatments with crowns over implants and crowns over natural teeth. With more than 10 years of experience and hundreds of satisfied patients, she has participated also in multiple conferences and training in the country and abroad, mainly in Italy. 

Dr. Ensi is one of the first ever doctors of the clinic, with a background in studies in Stomatology and restorative dentistry, with a specialization in the University of L'Aquila in Italy, and with hundreds of patients performed with great results and challenges. His expertise lies in the dental examination of each case, generating the most appropriate scenario which leads to the most outstanding results.
