I highly recommend Aurea Health Group. I contacted them about a very personal health problem which was causing me a lot of distress and they were so reassuring and positive. I was able to fly out to Turkey and have the operation I needed very soon after an online consultation. Rabia in particular was very supportive and has excellent communication skills. She put me at ease throughout the whole process from the initial enquiry to being discharged from hospital and then leaving the city. Both of my surgeons were very professional and diligent and I felt that they took pride in their work. The hospital was extremely clean with a huge room which felt very peaceful and comfortable. My operation has been a total success and a recent blood test back home in the U.K has confirmed that the health problems I had before the operation have now been resolved, thanks to Aurea healthcare.

SALUSS. The clinic kept its word. Not only was I looked after extremely well The Surgeon Mr Dr Erol explained everything to me before the procedure. He also came back checked me at times. When I arrived late at night they still did the various tests that were required. The nurses were brilliant and attentive as were the co-ordinators which were a boom. 2 days after I was escorted to my hotel with medications and checked up on. I had a gastric Balloon Done which costed 2000 Euro for 6 months. I am down 9kg after 6 weeks. I found the communication excellent and the follow up. I knew there was support if any questions and that was great reassurance. I organised this very fast and I was accommodated for the dates that suited me. All the staff were very friendly and the doctor was very attentive throughout. Getting picked up from the airport and collected and dropped off at hotel and clinic took a lot of stress out of the trip. Melanie who I was communicating was very accommodating and always answered any questions immediately. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who was considering this.

Every person within this clinic treats you with kindness and respect, while actively listening to your wishes and goals for the eventual outcome. I was never once made to feel uncomfortable or misunderstood. I also felt that Doctor and his staff did a thorough job of making sure the surgical outcome was aligned with my expectations, and if there was a difference between the two an explanation was given. The doctor also put your health and recovery foremost and will not put you in jeopardy in a way. I can wholeheartedly recommend!
